Lektion 1
Visualizing Your Inner Most Resilient Self
In this meditation, we’ll visualize our innermost resilient self successfully enduring a challenging and stressful situation and effectively bouncing back from it — more stronger than ever. Tapping into this part of ourselves is beneficial because it will help you develop optimism and confidence in your ability to overcome a personal challenge. Visualization is a powerful technique because studies have shown that the body reacts to imagination and visualization precisely as it does to an actual event! Our brain doesn’t know the difference between an imagined wellness experience and a wellness experience happening in real life.
Lektion 2
Giving Compassion To Your Inner Critic | Healing Perfectionism and Self Sabotage
In this lesson, we’ll address any resistance you may have had when you were visualizing your resilient self and examine and release subconscious insecurities and limiting beliefs that others or ourselves have placed on ourselves around not being “worthy enough” to be a resilient person. We’ll do this by giving compassion to our inner critic. During this meditation, we will open our mind to a headspace that’s curious but nonjudgmental so that we can feel emotionally safe enough to dive to the core of these insecurities which is where our Inner Critic resides. And once we’re there —we’ll shower ourselves with self-love and compassion.

Forgiving The Past | Healing Your Inner Child And Inner Shame
In this meditation, we’ll address any resistance you may have had when you were visualizing your resilient self and believing this person is really within you. This resistance may stem from memories about times when you or the people around you did not display resilience during challenging times. We'll work on sending compassionate Forgiveness to Past You all the way to your Inner Child. And we’ll send healing energy toward any past trauma that revolves around facing challenging situations where displaying an air resilience didn’t seem like the safe choice.
Lektion 4
Interviewing Your Inner Most Resilient Self. Part 1
We'll interview our innermost selves and inquire into what strengths could be utilized to overcome this challenge, what skills or resources could be utilized, and what uplifting advice could be shared to boost morale around overcoming challenges. Giving yourself permission to hold space for these ideas in the present moment will help you shift to a more balanced headspace so you can feel more motivated to be proactive toward overcoming obstacles. The smallest shifts in our belief systems can make the biggest changes and propel us to a more empowered future! Often times our inner critic or inner child will talk over our innermost resilient self so with the conference table dialogue technique, we will connect with our innermost resilient self and mindfully hold space for this important aspect of ourselves. Sometimes all the answers we seek are already hidden within us and all it takes is sitting back and listening closely.

Interviewing Your Inner Most Resilient Self. Part 2
We’re going to continue our visualization and converse with our innermost resilient self and ask a few questions regarding how to best persists when things start to get really stressful and overwhelming. What to learn more about before undertaking this personal challenge and what resources will best help. You'll have many opportunities for contemplation and holding space for strategetic creative problem-solving.

Interviewing Your Inner Most Resilient Self. Part 3
We’re going to continue our visualization and converse with our innermost resilient selves and ask a few questions regarding what social support you could call upon for help and contemplate how you will feel about yourself once you've overcome this personal challenge. Plenty of moments for self-observation and holding space for strategetic creative problem-solving.
Lektion 7
Revisiting The Conference Table
In this meditation, we’ll revisit the Conference Table Dialogue technique but this time we’ll focus on simply sitting back and reflecting on the treasure trove of insights gained by simply accessing and interviewing this innermost resilient part of yourself. You’ll focus on holding space for the infinite conversations that can be had within this headspace. Future Inner conversations that can help and heal your inner critic and your inner child.
Lektion 8
Body Scan To Fully Embody This Aspect Of Yourself
In this final meditation lesson, we’ll perform an integration Ceremony & Body Scan to help you emotionally embody and embrace your resilient self in everyday life. You will visualize Becoming One with this part of yourself And then you will bask in gratitude, expressing sincere appreciation for how beneficial it will be to tap into this part of yourself when you face future stressors. Closing this meditation with a body scan will only further help embody, ground, and energize you to take the next most practical and accessible step toward handling your personal challenge
