This course invites you to take an intimate look at what you call “yourself,” exploring the nature of self and identity through inner inquiry and the practice of meditation. Designed for just about anyone, this course guides you in cultivating a non-judgmental, equanimous awareness of your lived experience, exploring the self through four experiential dimensions: body, mind, breath, and the direct immediacy of “just this.” Each lesson blends gentle teachings, guided meditation, and simple yet profound practices to help you connect with yourself more honestly and compassionately, aiming to provide you with tools to recognize mental habits and soften self-generated stress, as well as practical methods to return to presence — especially when life feels overwhelming. You’ll be better equipped to meet the world with sincerity, groundedness, and an open heart, continuing the lifelong practice of being fully alive. No prior meditation experience is necessary — just a willingness to pause, listen deeply, and explore what it means to be “me.”

Lektion 1
Becoming Intimate With “This Person”
In this opening lesson, we lay the foundation for our journey inward by exploring what it truly means to become intimate with ourselves—not as a fixed identity, but as an ever-changing flow of body, mind, and moment. We unpack the meaning behind “becoming,” “intimacy,” and “this person,” and begin to see how our sense of self is shaped by countless shifting causes and conditions. Through simple, guided sitting practice, you will begin to move beyond habitual thinking and into raw experiencing—where body and mind meet with stillness, presence, and openness. By the end of the lesson, you’ll be gently invited into the art of simply being: attentive, aware, and sincere.
Lektion 2
“Me”, The Body
In this lesson, we dive deep into the body as the essential interface between “Me” and the world. You’ll explore how the senses shape your experience of reality, how physical sensations influence the mind, and how awareness of the body leads to a more grounded, balanced sense of self. You’ll also learn how pain—so often resisted—can become a powerful teacher when met with discernment and equanimity. Through guided somatic meditation, you’ll develop a more intimate relationship with your body, cultivating mindfulness, clarity, and presence. Expect practical insights, direct experience, and an invitation to explore your body not just as “mine,” but as a gateway to deeper self-understanding.
Lektion 3
“Me”, The Mind
Lesson 3: “Me”, The Mind dives into the essential nature of the mind and its inextricable connection to the body. You will explore how the mind shapes perception, influences behavior, and often creates suffering through its habitual patterns and fabrications. This lesson introduces the core mental qualities of mindfulness, concentration, and discernment—skills that, when cultivated through meditation, help soften the harshness of the mind and bring clarity, calm, and wisdom to daily life. Through guided breath-based meditation, you will develop deeper awareness of mental activity, begin to transform unskillful habits, and lay the groundwork for a more sincere and skillful relationship with yourself and others.
Lektion 4
Just This
In this final lesson, we bring together all the elements we’ve explored so far—the body, the mind, and the experience of being “this person”—to gently dissolve the boundary between self and other. You’ll be guided to sense how “me” is not separate from the world, but actually made of it, arising in each moment through countless conditions. Through simple, grounded practice, you’ll begin to experience life from a place of intimacy, openness, and presence—where there’s no need to always fix or improve anything, but only to be with it. In the space of “Just This,” we discover a radical kind of freedom: the freedom to live sincerely and wholeheartedly, in harmony with everything as it is.
