Come Experience Interconnectedness Of Body, Mind, And Emotions
Holding space for ourselves begins with better understanding what goes on inside. When is the last time you paid close attention to all the sensations, emotions and thoughts that arise? This is much easier when we are calm and relaxed, and it is something that can be practiced.
This first day is all about experiencing the interconnectedness of body, mind, and emotions with the help of a guided meditation.

Learn How Your Breath Can Support You
When our breath is calm and relaxed, the body is relaxed. Our body directly influences the nervous system, and whether we are in a state of rest and digest or in a state of fight or flight. Today you will learn about and experience deep conscious breathing and how this can help you calm your mind, body, and emotions.

How To Calm The Monkey Mind
Many of us struggle with negative, repetitive, even obsessive thinking. It is the nature of our minds to be active and to produce thoughts, whether we react and respond to those thoughts is up to us. This requires awareness of our thoughts and thought patterns. Today, you learn two powerful methods for dealing with the monkey mind.

Being With Our Emotions
We know that being and dealing with all of our emotions can be challenging. Emotions are simply energy in motion and want to be felt and safely expressed. Many of us have never learned to do this, but instead have learned to numb and suppress emotions, especially the "negative" ones.
On day 4, we will learn a step-by-step approach to being with all the different emotions.

Reconnect With Who You Truly Are
Emotions, thoughts, and sensations are all phenomena that come and go. Everything that appears will eventually disappear. Today we take a new pathway to being, dealing with all the experiences in life, by connecting with something deeper. You are invited to connect with your higher self and take a step back through a short meditation.

Making Peace With The Past
All of us experience difficult, maybe even traumatic events throughout our life. All of these experiences can influence us today, somehow limiting us in experiencing life in the way we know we can. We cannot change what happened to us in the past, but we can influence how we react and deal with the situation today. Of course, when we are ready and if needed, with support. We don't have to do everything on our own.

Loving Conversations With Your Inner Child & Closing
Have you ever had a conversation with your inner child? The inner child that rebels, is stubborn, angry, or upset because we feel unseen or unheard.
Learning to have conversations with your inner child is one of the most effective strategies to hold space for yourself while also addressing and potentially healing
underlying wounds. You will be invited to have a conversation with your inner child and receive one last piece of advice for your journey ahead.
