In this first step, you will learn to find inner stillness even when your environment feels tense or chaotic. It is all about coming back to your breath, to your body, and your inner experience. And even though it's easy to focus on the external, you can always choose awareness. May this practice help you on that path.

Now that you have learned to ground yourself, time to start reflecting on the situation. In this session, I invite you into a mindful reflection on boundaries, agency, and letting go of what you can't change.

Softening The Inner Critic: Self-compassion In Conflict
Sometimes the hardest part of a difficult relationship is how we treat ourselves. Maybe you’ve blamed yourself for someone else’s reaction. In this practice, I invite you to show yourself some self-compassion through developing a friendly attitude toward yourself in this difficult moment.

Seeing With New Eyes: Expanding The Perspective
In this final session, we practice seeing the bigger picture—not to dismiss your feelings, but to loosen the grip of reactivity and step into wisdom.
We will explore different perspectives and dimensions to step back from the difficult situation.
Lektion 5
Release And Reset: Letting Go Of Residue
Sometimes, after we leave the situation, we carry the residual emotions and tensions with us. With this practice, you can let go of those and free up the space for more presence and connection to yourself.
I invite you to do this little practice, even if it sounds childish. Just let yourself experience it.
