Was du lernen wirst
This short course provides an introduction to laughter yoga. There are two main lessons. The first lesson looks at the parts of laughter yoga, and how it's practiced. In this first lesson, you'll also get the chance to try out a couple of short laughter exercises. Laughter yoga is growing exponentially year after year around the world because it has so many benefits for our health and well-being. In the second lesson, five benefits of laughter yoga will be discussed, exploring why you might want to start practicing it.
Note: If you experience any pain, discomfort, or breathlessness when practicing laughter yoga consult with your healthcare provider. Laughter yoga is an aerobic exercise, and therefore there are some cohorts of people who should avoid laughter yoga. If you have any of the following conditions check with your health care provider before you practice: hernia; incontinence; bleeding; heart problems; pregnancy; major surgery; epilepsy; severe backache. In some cases, laughter yoga can result in crying. When this happens repressed emotions are released. This can be very therapeutic and cathartic.
