Welcome to this 7 day course that will bring you change, renewal, alignment and vitality for a new beginning. Each lesson will be a yoga nidra session that will focus on a specific chakra. Yoga Nidra is a deeply relaxing meditation practice and is perfect for healing your body and mind. You won’t have to do anything, just focus on my voice. For each session you will need to lay down, cover yourself with a blanket and maybe an eye pillow or something to cover your eyes. I will guide you during each session. Yoga Nidra has the potential to change our way of perceiving the world and ourselves. For each lesson we will set a powerful affirmation linked to each chakra to bring healing, balance and harmony into our life. You have the potential to be the person you always wanted to be while relaxing and letting the body heal. So join me on this course :)
