Lesson one: How to ensure your mind is ready. A quick exercise to help you ensure your mind is guided to a place where it feels prepared, safe and calm. A practise to begin embedding straight away into many different situations and routines.

Building Awareness: A Brief Science To Our Response System
Lesson two, breaks down a couple of fundamental factors in how and why the brain responds in the way it does. Building awareness of the automatic mechanics of our minds is the first step in then being able to know how to release tension and guide it to a calmer state. At the end of this lesson, Nathalie offers a simple homework task, to help you embed what you've learnt.

Activating The Self-Soothe System
This lesson we are looking at how we can activate and access that self-soothe system with some really simple tools, in the moment. This is all about utilising what we learned in lesson two and beginning to build on that knowledge.

Visualising Calm To Feel Calm
Lesson 3 we explore what calm feels like and how we can really harness it, in a moment when we may not feel it. This utilises visualisation strategies, meditation and breathing.
Lektion 5
Reflection And Habit Forming
This final class discusses the importance of reflection and how to create a habit. Nathalie offers some simple ways in which you can form a habit and discusses why reflection used in a specific way can help embed what changes and create growth.
