Hello and welcome to this very special meditation.
This will be a guided meditation for non-dual awareness or awakening to unity consciousness or all that is.
Once you've done this meditation,
You can probably just use the resonant frequency only recording,
Which is total silence,
And eventually you won't even need that.
These are just helping tools to establish that vibration of unity consciousness within you.
Remember,
This is something that is already at your core.
We're just doing a guiding to bring that to the forefront and for our being to resonate at that vibration.
So let's get started.
Take a deep breath and let it out.
Feel your grounded in the moment.
There is only here and now.
Take another deep breath.
You're solid like a mountain.
You're still,
Your whole being is very still,
Calm and relaxed.
And you can open your eyes and preferably find something to gaze upon like a plant or a tree.
If you're not outside,
You can look outside.
If you don't have that,
That's all right.
Find a fixed point to rest your eyes upon.
And feel how there's only here,
Now.
And you can smile freely.
You can move your gaze around,
Gazing upon a leaf or a tree or another point.
And just come to realize that that which you seek,
That which you want or trying to become is here in this moment.
It always has been.
There is no need to try,
To do.
Your pure consciousness,
Beingness,
Which is you,
Is now in the forefront of your experience.
Almost as if another set of eyes suddenly is what is gazing upon the nature,
Whatever fixed point you're looking at.
And you can just continue to smile and relax.
No need to do anything.
You can see the mind may have a thought,
May be moving,
Thinking.
The body may have some sensations.
There is the body.
But what else is that?
Is there?
Is here?
There is something that has never moved,
That has always been.
Allow yourself to feel that part of yourself,
To step into that pure beingness in this moment,
In the next moment,
In the next moment.
There is only this.
There is only you.
You can't pin it down.
You can't try to be it.
It is you.
Continue to allow your awareness to rest,
Your gaze to rest upon the fixed point or the nature,
Smiling freely.
Just enjoy this moment.
This moment is that eternal bliss consciousness that is you.
It has always been there.
Feel as if everything else is peeling away,
The only thing left.
Joy.
Bliss your enlightened self.
Feeling its own self.
This one thing,
This everything,
Now completely in the forefront of our experience.
And we're just resting as that which is us.
That which is all that is.
Feel how beautiful it feels to realize we are not the mind.
We are not this body.
We are this pure beingness.
This freshness,
This cleanliness,
But full of everything at the same time.
Indescribable.
Pure bliss consciousness itself.
Don't be afraid.
You're not changing.
This is you.
This was always you.
Just relax,
Smile.
Allow this pure consciousness,
Awareness,
To penetrate the deepest level of your being completely.
Completely.
You are this.
There is only this.
This moment.
This bliss.
This consciousness.
And as you are this love bliss consciousness,
Your energy body is expanding.
Go ahead and radiate that pure consciousness bliss love vibration to the whole city,
Your whole country,
And the whole earth,
And the whole cosmos.
Until you can clearly feel you and the infinite cosmos,
The love,
The energy,
The consciousness that is everything is one.
One being.
One consciousness.
One bliss.
One infinite eternal joy.
Radiating.
Expressing itself.
Experiencing itself.
In this moment that we call life.
