Transcript

Finding a comfortable position,

Seated on a cushion or a chair,

We take a gentle conscious inhale and exhale,

Another breath gently closing the eyes and bringing the awareness inward.

Breathing in and out through your nose,

Conscious inhale,

Allow it to be a gentle comfortable breath in a comfortable rhythm for this moment right now,

Having your awareness rest again and again on the point of the tip of your nose where you can feel a gentle breeze of the air coming in and the air coming out.

Whenever thoughts,

Emotions,

Sensations rise,

It's okay,

Not trying to stop them or change or judge them to be right or wrong,

Simply bring the awareness back again to the point of the tip of your nose,

Feeling the air coming in and continue with this practice for the next few minutes.

A gentle conscious inhale and exhale,

Become aware of your body from the bottom of your feet all the way up to the top of the head,

Another breath,

We gently move the toes and the fingers,

Become aware of the space around you and when you feel comfortable you can open your eyes again.
