In this meditation, you will begin by amplifying the love you feel for yourself. Then you'll allow that wellspring of love to flow over to your loved one, strengthening the connection between the two of you.

Welcome to this guided meditation for strengthening love.

Begin by reminding yourself that at your core,

You are all love and all light.

And when you get in touch with who you truly are,

There are no limits to the amount of love you can shower on the people in your life.

Begin by finding yourself in a comfortable position.

Now direct your focus to your heart area,

The center of your chest.

Bring to mind your goodness,

The depth of your care for others,

Your kind heart.

And remind yourself who you really are,

Your best self,

The person you are in your proudest moments.

Continue breathing into your heart space,

Noticing if it warms or lights up as you bring these loving thoughts about yourself to mind.

Now bring to mind someone you love very much and maybe you would even like to strengthen your love for this person to feel it even deeper.

See their face in your mind's eye and recall everything you love about them,

Their smile,

Their way of being in the world,

The way they interact with others,

Including you.

Imagine that with every breath,

You could amplify the amount of love you're feeling for this person.

Keep their face before you and as you breathe in and breathe out,

Feel your love for this person growing stronger,

Richer,

And deeper.

How grateful do you feel to have them in your life?

And what would you like to tell them at this moment to fully express your love for them?

Go ahead and whisper that message from the silence of your heart to theirs.

And keep breathing deeply.

As you return to your day,

Set an intention to express your strength and love for this person in your life.

Find a way to tell them how you feel.

Now take one last deep cleansing breath.

Open your eyes and come back to this moment.
