Today we're going to have a mindfulness meditation practice where we're going to focus on celebrating you.
Going forward just follow the sound of my voice and if your eyes are accessible to you,
You may want to close them or bring them to a soft gaze.
Whatever works well for you today.
We will take three deep breaths together where we will inhale through our nose and have an audible exhale through our mouths.
We will inhale for three seconds and we will exhale for four.
Let's do this together.
Inhale,
Exhale.
Again,
Inhale and exhale.
Our last breath together.
Inhale and exhale.
Now going forward,
Just breathe with the natural rhythm of your body where you're just going to breathe and relax and with each breath you're going to relax a little more.
Focus on your breathing and as you exhale any physical,
Mental or emotional tension gets released with it.
All that matters is this moment.
This is your moment.
You're now,
Right now.
Breathing out tension and relaxing deeper and deeper.
Do you know who you are?
You are the sun and the moon and the stars as they dance with each other shining effortlessly in the skies.
You are the waves of the great oceans moving the land and the life you touch with a gentle yet powerful force.
You are the tiny grain of sand on the beach surrounded by others aware you are a part of a beautiful whole and yet so uniquely your own special piece of the earth.
You are light,
You are love.
There is no one else in this entire universe exactly like you.
No one.
You are so amazing and this world would not be the same without you.
I'm going to become quiet for a few moments so that you can focus on the beauty of you and your uniqueness and if your mind wanders,
That's okay.
Just focus on your breathing and use it as an anchor to bring you back to this to this present moment.
It's time to come back now and you may want to take both your hands and place them over your heart center and just feel the warmth of your heart.
And if your eyes are closed,
You may want to just blink them open at this time.
