Sefirot Meditation on the Tree of Life (Longer version)

A Kabbalistic contemplative body scan. As we bring our awareness to each Sefirah and its corresponding place in our body, we will learn about what is happening inside us, physically and spiritually.

Sefirot are energy centers, like chakras. Kaballah teaches that they are also gateways, through which the Infinite One (Ein Sof) radiates Divine energy into existence, thereby revealing Itself and creating everything. Together, the Sefirot form the Tree of Life, a map of the Divine, and of all existence, which also provides a map for understanding the complete human being.
