Take some slow deep breaths in through your nose,
Down through your heart space and into your belly.
With each breath sinking further and further from your head into your body.
And with the next breath you're leaving this time and this place.
You find yourself in a beautiful meadow,
Walking amongst the flowers,
Bees and butterflies all around.
Ahead of you,
You see an old forest and you feel drawn,
Compelled to explore.
As you near the forest you see two old beech trees,
Guardians,
Sentinels to the entrance of the forest.
Asking permission,
They grant it and you thank them as you pass between.
Following the path deeper into this ancient primeval forest,
The sounds of the birds and the animals and the forest all around.
As you go deeper,
The canopy overhead closes up and you find the path has turned into a tunnel.
A tunnel that begins to dip down into the earth,
Taking you deeper and deeper and deeper.
As the tunnel continues deep into the earth,
You smell the soil and the earth.
You hear dripping of water guided by your senses.
Ahead of you,
You see a shining light,
Drawing you closer.
As you near,
You see the end of the tunnel and a shimmering force field across the end.
You stand before the force field,
Feeling no fear.
Your heartstrings tug and draw you and call you to step through.
On the other side of the force field,
You find yourself in a glade in a tropical forest.
In the centre of the glade,
There's an ancient cacao tree,
Majestic in her beauty.
As you approach and place your hands on the trunk of this cacao tree,
You're greeted by the spirit of cacao.
She welcomes you and you hear her whisper,
I have been waiting for you.
You share with monoca-cao your intention,
Your intention to journey with her,
To connect with her,
To explore your relationship with the cacao spirit,
That you're here to consciously invite her into your life.
Here to seek her guidance,
Her wisdom,
Her healing,
That you're ready to truly open yourself up to the spirit of cacao.
You feel her smiling at you as your heart opens,
Connected ever more deeply with cacao.

As the tunnel begins to level out,
The trees overhead become separate,
Distinct.
You follow the path back through the ancient forest and as you reach the beech trees,
Thanking them,
You step out through the trees,
Back into the mellow,
As the sun is rising over the horizon on a new day.
