Taking three slow breaths in through your nose,
Through your heart space and all the way down into your belly.
As you're leaving this time and this place,
You find yourself walking along the ridge of a hill,
Mist shrouds the valleys on either side,
Your feet to dampen the dew of the grass and ahead of you,
You see a single hawthorn tree,
Wind swept on the top of the hill.
As you draw closer,
You see a hollow at the base of the tree and you realise it's the entrance to a tunnel.
Feeling no fear,
Your heart strings they tug and they draw you to step into the tunnel.
As you follow the path down into the earth,
You feel a stillness in the air as you descend ever further,
Deeper down into the earth.
Surrounded entirely by the dark,
You feel no fear,
You're continuing deeper,
Guided by your senses,
Your fingers brushing the walls and the ceiling of the tunnel,
The slow movement of the air drawing you ever deeper and you come to a wooden door with a key in the lock.
You step through and find yourself in a glade in a tropical forest.
In the middle of the glade stands an ancient cacao tree.
As you step closer,
You're greeted by the spirit of cacao.

You come to another clearing and in this clearing there's a fire burning brightly and as you step closer you see the shadows of two figures and your heart strings,
They tug and they draw you closer and as you see these two figures emerge in the firelight,
You see that they are your sacred masculine and your sacred feminine essence.
Your sacred feminine essence steps forward,
Holding your gaze,
Looking into each other's eyes,
Connecting through deep intuitive senses.
Do you honour and recognise your sacred feminine essence,
The part of you that nurtures and supports and gives selflessly?
How does that show up in your life?

Within your blood,
Feeling these parts of yourself and as you do you feel stronger,
Taller,
You feel more balanced,
Like all of you is fully present,
As your attention is drawn all the way down to your feet,
That expansive energy,
The masculine and feminine sacredness that is your true nature merges,
Flows into the glorious life that it is you,
The spine out through the feet,
Through the crown of your head to father sky,
As you step up in your fullness,
She whispers to you,
There you are,
And from this place of balance and integration,

The sun is burning the mist out of the valleys,
With a fullness in your heart,
A feeling of balance flowing through your veins,
You embark upon your day,
