This meditation evokes the lucid dreaming process with music & theta binaural beats (which continue for almost an hour after the spoken portion ends, to continue the brain entrainment for lucid dreaming) is a long lucid dreaming guided sleep meditation to help you to lucid dream for shifting reality. In this track, you are encouraged to have pleasant dreams and to think about the dreams you would like to be lucid in and helps to practice developing a trigger for lucid dreaming and absorbing yourself in the dream, as well as helping you to practice developing autonomy within your dreams.
