
ASMR Binaural Deep Relaxation (Soft Deep Male Voice)

This ASMR binaural (3D audio) deep relaxation meditation is best listened to through headphones. The experience is a body scan guided relaxation process, followed by guided imagery for relaxing under a tree in a meadow, to drifting into a dream, into quiet caverns with whispering, then on to relaxing on a beach and either drifting asleep or relaxing and awakening in your own time. This ASMR meditation includes sound effects of nature and is spoken with a soft, deep male voice.

And this is best listened to through headphones.
And as you listen to this so you can allow your eyes to close,
And with your eyes closed you can begin to relax.
And while you begin to relax,
I don't know whether you'll relax deeper to the sound of my voice,
Or whether you'll relax deeper to the spaces between my words,
But as you begin to relax,
My voice can go with you through the experience.
You can have a sense of my voice in the top of your head,
Beginning to gently massage around your head,
Gently soften around your head,
Softening and relaxing the top of your head,
Softening and relaxing the forehead,
The muscles around the forehead,
Relaxing down around the ears,
Around the back of the head,
Almost like there's a healing light gently passing in through the top of your head,
Healing,
Softening,
Relaxing through your mind.
And as that relaxation continues to spread,
You can begin to spread around the sides of your face,
You can spread around one side,
Softening and relaxing the cheeks,
Softening and relaxing around the left eye,
Softening and relaxing down the side of the face,
And softening and relaxing around the right eye,
Softening and relaxing down the right side of the face,
Gently softening deeper and deeper down,
Relaxing deeper and deeper down.
And as you continue to relax,
So that relaxation can spread down to the jaw,
And begin to soften the jaw,
Begin to relax those muscles deeper and deeper,
Softening the jaw and relaxing those muscles deeper and deeper,
With my voice going with you,
My voice passing through you,
Softening and relaxing like a healing light,
Flowing down through your head,
Flowing around your head,
All the way around your head,
Flowing deeper and deeper,
All the way around your head there.
And my voice,
And that softening and relaxing,
Can pass down to your neck,
Softening and relaxing around the base of your neck,
Almost like the most comfortable massage around the neck,
Around the shoulders,
Just gently rubbing and massaging gently around the base of the neck,
Around those shoulders,
Relaxing you deeper and deeper down,
Becoming more relaxed,
Calmer,
Deeper and deeper inside.
That's it.
All the way,
All the way deeper and deeper down,
As that relaxation can spread down the shoulders,
Down into the arms,
And you can discover which arm begins to relax deepest first,
And so as those arms begin to deeply relax,
You can begin to drift even deeper into a sense of pleasure,
A sense of peace,
A sense of calmness,
A sense of wonder,
Really enjoying the experience,
Almost like the gentle tingling touch of someone tapping their fingers around your shoulders,
Around your back,
Massaging your head,
Gently rubbing the shoulders and relaxing you deeper and deeper,
That kind of deep relaxation where your mind begins to wander as you go deeper and more relaxed with the sound of my voice,
As my voice passes through you like a healing,
Comfortable light,
Like the most gentle touch,
The most gentle strokes on the arms,
Around the neck,
Down the back,
Spreading comfort and peace through your body,
Into those arms,
Feeling that spread down one arm and down the other,
Down one arm and down the other,
All the way down to the tips of those fingers,
Deeply,
Pleasantly relaxing them,
And as that relaxation spreads,
So with each in-breath you can breathe in peace,
You can breathe in comfort,
You can breathe in relaxation,
You can breathe in a tingling,
Most pleasant feeling,
Deep into your body and deep through your body,
While breathing out any stress,
Any worries,
Any anxieties,
Letting go,
Letting go,
Letting go,
Relaxing deeper and deeper,
Relaxing deeper and deeper,
All the way,
All the way deeper and more relaxed,
That's it,
All the way,
Deeper and deeper,
All the way,
Deeper and deeper,
As that relaxation can spread down your chest,
Through your chest,
Filling your lungs,
Your heart,
Beginning to spread around your body,
Spreading around your body,
Around your mind,
Softening,
Relaxing so deeply,
So comfortably,
And as that spreads through your chest,
Around your upper back,
Almost like having your back gently massaged,
With that softness,
A deep and comfortable massage of the back,
And then down to the lower back,
Almost like removing any knots,
Any blockages,
Any stress,
Any tension,
Relaxing that back,
Relaxing down around the stomach muscles,
With each out breath,
Breathing out any tension and stress,
Each in breath,
Breathing in pleasure,
Breathing in comfort,
Breathing in relaxation,
All the way in deeper and deeper into the experience,
As that spreads down to your buttocks,
Down to your legs,
All the way down pleasantly to your feet,
Spreading relaxation down through both legs,
Down the left side,
And down the right side,
All the way down,
And you can follow that relaxation all the way down one side,
All the way down the other side,
So deeply and so comfortably,
Just drifting deeper with the experience,
And then after your mind and body have relaxed,
So your mind can begin to wander,
And as your mind wanders,
You can begin to have a sense of lying in a meadow,
Near a tree,
A sense of the dappled light twinkling through the leaves of the sun overhead,
Dancing on the grass around you,
The feeling of that grass,
The feeling of being able to touch that grass,
Of being able to feel the grass with the fingertips,
That tickled touch feeling of the grass on the hands as you gently move your palm over the grass,
And as you absorb yourself in the experience,
So you can notice the colour of the sky,
Notice whether you see any clouds up there,
And if you do,
What do they look like and how are they moving?
And I wonder whether you can hear the sound of the running water of that stream a little way off from the meadow in the distance,
And the sounds of birds,
And the sounds around you as you relax deeper and deeper with the experience,
Relaxing so deeply,
So comfortably,
As you lay back in that meadow,
Close your eyes,
And notice the patterns of light through your closed eyelids,
As the dancing light shines through the branches and the leaves overhead,
And that dancing light moves over your face,
Dancing in front of your eyelids,
Helping you relax even deeper into the experience,
Helping your mind drift and dream and wonder,
And while it drifts and dreams and wonders,
You can begin to notice yourself in your mind walking down a staircase,
And as you walk down that staircase,
So I will count down from 10 in the background,
On the count of 1 you can find yourself at the foot of the staircase,

Going down that staircase deeper and deeper down,
Noticing what each step sounds like,
Noticing what this staircase looks like,
Really feeling the experience deeply inside yourself,
With a sense of pleasure and comfort,
And you can have a sense of pleasure and comfort as you listen to this,

At the foot of the staircase now,
And you notice this is a very quiet place down here,
As you walk along a corridor and into a chamber,
And in this chamber you see the most comfortable seat,
As you walk over to that seat,
You relax down on that seat and you find yourself becoming deeper and more comfortable and quiet in your mind,
That kind of quiet,
A bit like where everyone has to whisper like in a library,
Where you can really begin to relax so deeply,
So comfortably,
Where the sounds around you are like you have to whisper,
So that you don't disturb the stillness of this place,
Where you respect the stillness,
Respect that comfort and deep relaxation of this place,
Deeper and deeper inside your mind,
Deeper and deeper inside your mind,
Before you begin to close your eyes,
Hear and drift and float comfortably asleep,
Drifting and floating comfortably asleep,
To the point where you go even deeper into your mind,
Deeper and deeper into your mind,
So deep into your mind that you find yourself,
And as you find yourself a sense of peace,
Of comfort,
Of relaxation,
Of tranquillity,
You find yourself in a vast cavern with glowing walls and the most beautiful waterfall,
Almost like a rainbow,
Calmly and gently flowing,
Just those rainbow colours in that waterfall,
The glowing walls,
The most beautiful place you have ever seen,
And from here you find it fades and turns to a beach,
Looking out over the ocean,
Seeing bioluminescence,
The blue glowing water as the waves roll and lap on the shore,
And you watch as those blue glowing waves lap on the shore at night time,
The sight of the stars in the sky,
The moon in the sky,
Relaxing on a beach,
And then as you continue to relax,
I don't know whether you will drift and float comfortably asleep or just relax even deeper before you drift back to wakefulness,
Feeling calm,
Pleasure and relaxation that can last the day and longer with each breath that you take deeper and deeper into the experience.

Thank you so much for this meditation! I am recovering from a TBI and body injuries due to a motor vehicle accident. I experience intractable migraines and deep body pain, and this meditation helped to turn off that electric feeling in my brain and soothed my body and thoughts. Absolutely wonderful experience of relief and relaxation.
