Danielle Nuhfer is a former public school teacher turned teacher and school wellness coach. She is the author of The Path of the Mindful Teacher and founder of Teaching Well. Spending the last 20+ years navigating the ebbs and flows of the traditional school system in the United States has given her vast opportunities to help her clients prioritize their own well-being so that they can be their best inside and outside their classroom and school. She believes that "well teachers change the world and empowered school leaders pave the way." And the first step of this WELL journey is "waking up" by creating the time and space for mindfulness. Practitioners will find her unique blend of in the moment direction coupled with practical ways to take these tools into student spaces both exciting and encouraging.
