Come to a comfortable position.

Let the world slow down for a moment.

This time is for you,

Not to perform,

Not to fix,

But simply to be.

Close your eyes gently.

Take a deep breath in,

Hold,

And exhale with a sigh.

Let your shoulders drop,

Let your mind quiet,

Let your heart begin to soften.

Another breath in,

And this time as you exhale,

Imagine releasing the pressure you've been carrying,

The pressure to be perfect,

To get it all right,

To be everything for everyone.

You do not have to hold at all.

Now bring your awareness inward,

Not to criticize,

But to see yourself with love.

Not the version of you who's always on top of everything,

Not the version others expect,

But you as you are now.

Beautiful,

Capable,

Tender,

Trying.

Say silently or aloud,

I am allowed to be human.

I am allowed to get it wrong.

I am allowed to grow in my own time.

Let those words settle deep into your bones.

You don't have to be flawless to be worthy.

You don't have to have all the answers to be respected.

You don't have to constantly prove your value to be enough.

You don't have to chase something that doesn't exist.

There is no such thing as perfect.

Perfection is a moving target created by fear,

Not love.

It is an illusion that distracts you from your truth.

You were never meant to be perfect.

You were meant to be real.

You were meant to be free.

Right now,

Your only job is to offer yourself grace.

Breathe in.

Exhale shame.

Breathe in.

Exhale fear.

Breathe in.

Exhale the voice that says you should be further along.

That voice is not your truth.

That is the echo of expectations that were never yours to begin with.

Now gently place a hand over your heart and another on your belly.

Feel your breath rise and fall.

Feel the rhythm of your aliveness.

This is your anchor.

Not how perfectly you perform,

But how gently you return to yourself.

Whisper.

Even when I stumble,

I am worthy.

Even when I'm uncertain,

I am strong.

I choose grace over pressure.

I choose peace over perfection.

I choose love,

Especially for myself.

You are not behind.

You are not broken.

You are not failing.

You are learning.

You are healing.

You are becoming.

And that is more than enough.

Now take one last deep breath.

Inhale peace.

Exhale compassion.

And as you return to your day,

Carry this truth in your heart.

You don't need to be perfect to be powerful.

You don't need to have it all figured out to be on your right path.

You are allowed to be a work in progress and still worthy of rest,

Joy,

And grace.

Perfection does not exist,

But your peace does.

And you can return to it again and again.

You are allowed to be exactly who you are.

Soft,

Whole,

And beautifully human.

Thank you.
