ACTS Prayer. A 10-Minute Guided Prayer

The ACTS prayer is a prayer rooted in scripture. It is simple yet theologically rich and was used by Christians in the late 19th century but popularised at the end of the last century as a way of bringing everything to God. It’s a prayer I learned in Sunday School as a young boy and still gives great structure to my prayers now.

ACTS is an acronym which stands for Adoration, Confession, Thanksgiving, Supplication.
