Let's go to the cookie factory today.

Go ahead and get yourself into a cozy,

Peaceful position now.

How can you make yourself even more comfortable and even more relaxed?

Grounding your body into the surface that you're on,

Letting yourself melt just like butter.

Relaxing your face,

Your cheeks,

Your jaw,

Relaxing your chest,

Both of your arms,

All the way down to your fingertips.

Relaxing your tummy,

Both of your legs,

All the way down to the tips of your toes.

Putting both of your hands into fists,

Squeezing them really,

Really tight,

And then releasing them softly,

Feeling how nice it feels.

Trying that again,

Bringing both of your hands into nice,

Tight fists,

And then releasing them ever so softly.

One more time,

Squeezing those hands into big,

Big fists and letting them all the way out,

Feeling how gently your fingers release.

Go ahead and take in a nice,

Big breath in through your nose for three seconds,

Like you are smelling a freshly baked cookie,

And then let out a nice,

Long exhale like you're cooling it off before you eat it.

Try that one more time.

Inhale for one,

Two,

Three.

Big exhale all the way out for one,

Two,

Three.

Your body and your mind begin to feel peaceful.

All you have to do is listen to the sound of my voice and the music as we go on a special adventure today.

Imagining now that you are magically transported outside of a large brown building.

The aroma of chocolate and freshly baked goods fills the air around you.

There is a big sign on this building that says,

Welcome to the Cookie Factory.

You feel calm and peaceful being here,

And a little bit excited too because you can't wait to see what's inside.

You gently press open the doors that are made of chocolate chips,

And you walk into an amazing production of thousands and thousands of delicious cookies.

You see chocolate chip cookies,

Oatmeal cookies,

Brownie cookies,

Sprinkle cookies,

And more.

Do you see your favorite cookies there?

Which one is your favorite?

Take in a nice big inhale to smell the fresh aroma,

And then let out a big exhale like a sigh.

One more time,

Take in a nice big inhale to smell the sweet aroma,

And let out a big exhale just like a sigh.

You feel so happy to be here.

One of the workers asks you if you'd like to try a freshly baked cookie.

The one that's your favorite.

And of course you say yes.

You take a bite,

And this cookie melts in your mouth.

Let's take a look at this cookie.

Do you think we can use our five senses to describe it?

What do you see when you look at this cookie?

What kind of textures?

What kind of bumps?

What do you smell when you put the cookie up to your nose?

Is it sweet?

Is it buttery?

What do you taste when you put the cookie in your mouth?

What kind of flavors do you experience?

What do you hear when you put the cookie up to your ear?

Does it make any noises?

And lastly,

What do you feel holding this cookie in your hands?

Is the surface bumpy?

Is it smooth?

Do you feel the crumbs?

You take a bag of cookies home with you to share with your friends and family,

And you can't wait to tell them about this incredible adventure.
