If you like, place a hand on your chest, and imagine each breath filling your heart with love. Coherent breathing synchronizes your heart's rhythms to your breath, training your mind & heart to work in harmony, enabling you to deepen the love towards yourself, others, and the world.

I'd like to invite you on an inner ride to help fill your heart with love and compassion.

In a moment we'll be practicing heart coherence,

Breathing in through our nose for 5 seconds and breathing out through our nose or mouth for 5.

If you like,

You can place a hand on your chest and imagine each breath filling your heart with love.

You can listen to the birds for guidance or count at your own pace,

Just whatever feels best for you.

Let's start together now with the inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Exhale.

And continue.

With regular practice,

Coherent breathing synchronizes your heart's rhythms to your breath,

Training your mind and heart to work in harmony,

Enabling you to deepen the love towards yourself,

Others and the world.
