Welcome,

This meditation will guide you through a process to balance and open your heart chakra,

The anahata,

Which is associated with love,

Compassion and emotional healing.

Find a quiet,

Comfortable place where you can sit or lie down without interruptions.

Ensure your body is relaxed and supported,

Allowing you to fully focus on your inner experience.

Close your eyes and take several deep breaths,

Inhaling through your nose and exhaling slowly through your mouth.

With each breath,

Let go of any stress or tension,

Allowing your body and mind to become more relaxed and centered in the present moment.

Bring your awareness to the center of your chest,

Where your heart chakra is located.

Imagine a radiant green light glowing in this area,

Gently expanding with each breath.

See this green light becoming brighter and more vibrant,

Filling your entire chest with warmth and love like a gentle breeze.

Allow yourself to feel the energy of your heart chakra growing stronger and more balanced.

As you focus on your heart chakra,

Tune into any physical sensations or emotions that may arise in your chest.

Notice if there is any tension,

Discomfort or blocked energy.

Acknowledge these sensations without judgment,

Knowing that they are part of your emotional landscape.

As you breathe deeply,

Invite yourself to release any emotional pain or hurt that may be stored in your heart chakra.

Allow yourself to be open to healing and the flow of unconditional love.

As you inhale deeply,

Visualize a stream of emerald green light flowing into your chest,

Directly into your heart chakra.

Imagine this green light filling your entire heart space,

Soothing and healing any wounds or blockages.

As you exhale,

Visualize any negative or stagnant energy leaving your body as dark,

Billowing smoke.

Continue this process of breathing in healing green light and exhaling negativity until you feel your heart chakra glowing with pure,

Balanced energy.

Now imagine yourself surrounded by a beautiful,

Peaceful environment,

Perhaps a lush garden,

A tranquil forest or a serene beach.

Visualize yourself sitting in this place of beauty and calm,

Feeling completely at ease.

As you sit,

See your heart chakra radiating green light,

Expanding outward like ripples in a pond.

With each ripple,

Feel your love and compassion extending to everyone around you,

To your loved ones,

To people you may not know,

And even to those who have caused you pain.

Allow yourself to experience a deep sense of connection with all living beings,

Knowing that love flows freely from your heart to the world.

Visualize a spinning wheel of green light at the location of your heart chakra.

See this wheel spinning smoothly and evenly clockwise,

Generating a vibrant and dynamic energy.

Take a moment to focus on the love you have for yourself.

Place your hand over your heart and feel the warmth and energy beneath your palm.

As you breathe,

Silently or out loud,

Express gratitude for yourself,

For your strength,

Your kindness,

Your resilience,

And your capacity to love.

Allow this feeling of self-love to grow and expand within you,

Filling your entire being with a deep sense of worthiness and acceptance.

Acknowledge that you are deserving of all the love and joy that life has to offer.

As you focus on your heart chakra,

Repeat the following affirmations,

Silently or out loud.

I am open to giving and receiving love freely and unconditionally.

I forgive myself and others,

Releasing all past hurts with compassion.

I am worthy of love,

And I attract loving,

Supportive relationships into my life.

I radiate love,

Kindness,

And compassion to myself and all beings.

My heart is open,

And I embrace the beauty of life with gratitude and joy.

Gradually start to bring your awareness back to the present moment.

Take deep breaths,

Feeling the renewed sense of love and balance within your heart.

Gently wiggle your fingers and toes,

Bringing movement back into your body.

When you are ready,

Open your eyes,

Carrying with you the sense of compassion and emotional balance from your open heart chakra.
