In this practice, I will guide you in a visualization where you will play with the element of water. For a moment, water will flow in your veins, in your heart and outside of you. At the end, you may feel a peaceful feeling of oneness.

Hi,

This is Alex Rock from Communicative Meditation.

This time and space is dedicated to yourself to find peace,

Calm,

Energy and clarity.

Happiness is already here and now you don't have to wait.

Now find a quiet place,

Reach out your phone,

Whenever you are ready.

Take a big deep breath.

Take your time to find a comfortable sitting position.

It may be on a chair,

It may be on the ground.

Make sure that your spine is straight up to the sky and that you can relax for a moment in this position.

Keep your eyes open,

Relax your tongue,

Your legs.

Your hips,

Let your body pose in the ground.

Embrace the earth,

Take two big deep breaths.

On the next out-breath gently close your eyes.

Welcome within yourself,

Within you.

Just observe what there is inside of you right now.

And that's what you need to Welcome what your body is telling you.

It is neither bad nor good.

It just is as it is.

Everything is in movement like your breath.

Everything is constantly changing.

And that's the nature of life.

Now for a couple of minutes just stay within your breath.

Observe the rising sensation and then again the falling sensation.

Just for a moment stay with your breath.

And if your mind wanders off,

Don't worry,

This is perfectly normal and you are here to practice.

Just come back again to your breath.

Gently slowly.

It is from your breath.

You will put now your focus on both of your hands.

Your attention moves slowly to your hands.

On your hands you might feel a shivering.

A very subtle sensation that is pleasant.

If you don't feel anything in particular,

Well everything is fine.

You are on the right path.

Just let go of any thoughts and come back again to your hands.

You don't have to do anything.

You just have to put your awareness on your hands.

And breathe in,

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

After a moment you may feel more and more a subtle shivering.

You don't feel it,

It is perfectly fine.

Relax your spine and breathe.

And by relaxing your spine maybe a subtle movement may arise in your upper body following the movement of your spine.

And if your mind wanders off,

Come back again with your attention on your hands.

Stay there for a moment.

Slowly you start to imagine that you're in front of a waterfall.

Just in front of this waterfall you don't get wet.

You hear the sound of the water falling.

Just sit alone in this scene.

You get closer to the waterfall until you can see it.

You can touch the falling water but you don't touch it yet.

Just in front and listen to the sound of the water.

Now put your hands in this friendly waterfall.

Your hands don't need to resist the force of the water.

Just feel the sensation of this water going through your hands like a careful caress.

You feel the shivering of your hands even more than before.

Smile to this sensation.

Breathe in and on the breathe out.

Make a sound expressing the pleasure of this experience.

If your mind wanders off again,

Come back to the sensations in your hands.

On the next outbreath,

The waterfall will calm down until it stops completely.

You don't hear the sound of the water anymore.

The scene is again calm and right now you start feeling a new sensation in your hands.

Well,

You start feeling that your hands are becoming the source of the water.

Gently pure water starts flowing from your hands,

Through your arms until you're hurt.

And your heart is being filled by this pure source.

Realize that there is no differences between the source of the waterfall and the source coming from your hands.

Both are the same.

Feel the water flowing through your arms until you're hurt.

Melt with all the benefits of the water.

Breathe deeply and be happy to be the source.

If your mind plays around,

Come back to your sensations.

Stay on this experience.

The water flows from your hands,

Through your arms until you're hurt.

On the next outbreath,

You will purify all your body with this pure water.

Purify yourself from anything that you want to let go.

Let this water flows from your hands,

Through your arms until you're hurt.

And then,

Going through your neck and your head.

From your heart,

Your neck,

Your mouth,

Your nose,

Your eyes.

All over the part of your head.

Pure of this water.

Let this water flow from your heart towards your belly,

Your hips.

Because then,

Through your left leg,

Your left foot.

From your hips,

To your right leg,

To your right foot.

This water cleansing anything you want to let go of everything.

The water coming from your hands,

Coming through your heart and then all your body is cleansing.

All your emotions,

All your thoughts,

All what you want to let go.

All your emotions,

All your thoughts,

All what you want to let go.

All your emotions,

All what you want to let go.

All your emotions,

All what you want to let go.

All your emotions,

All what you want to let go.

All your emotions,

All what you want to let go.

All your emotions,

All what you want to let go.

All your emotions,

All what you want to let go.

All your emotions,

All what you want to let go.

All your emotions,

All what you want to let go.

You're not so different from the source of the waterfall.

You also are this source,

Your inner side is not separated from the other side.

Your inside is the same as the outside.

You're composed of the same material.

Be conscious that there is always a subtle communication and then there current which is invisible to your eyes and sometimes unconscious.

With your awareness and by practicing you will get more and more in touch to maybe finally see what is not visible to the eyes but which is only visible to the earth to enter in non-duality.
