Today's meditation will be about love and relationships.
And how we open our heart to the world,
To the people,
To the animals,
To the elements.
It is all about feeling what already exists and what is already here.
But that we cannot see when we are struggling with our mind that goes fast.
So,
Today's meditation is about settling down the mind to a peaceful state and open our heart to maybe new relationships or better relationships.
If you have your heart open,
You can see that life gives you what you want.
Then you can see a lot of opportunities out there.
You just have to follow your heart without your mind.
Follow your heart.
So now,
Take a comfortable sitting position.
Make sure that your back is straight and relaxed.
Take three deep breaths.
Inhale with your nose and exhale with your mouth.
Breathe with your belly deep down your belly.
Breathe with your belly so that you can feel your pelvic floor.
Stay with your breath and when you are ready just close your eyes on the next loud breath.
And now,
Take a moment to feel your pelvic floor on the chair or on the ground or on the cushion or on the grass wherever you are.
At each in-breath,
Feel your pelvic floor.
Feel the air of your lungs pushing on the pelvic floor.
Stay with your intention.
If some thoughts come and go,
Let it go.
Don't give them too much intention.
Just look at them and thank them to be there.
Maybe these thoughts can help you in your life.
However,
At this moment,
It's time for them to go away.
It's time for a moment with your body.
If your mind starts to wander,
Put again your attention to your pelvic floor and stay within your breath.
Maybe as you inhale and exhale,
You can start to feel a shivering on the area of your pelvic floor.
A very subtle shivering.
If you cannot feel it,
Then it is perfectly fine.
Just stay with your attention on your pelvic floor and continue breathing.
On the next out-breath,
You will start to visualize that you are planting a seed,
A flower seed into your pelvic floor.
And if you can feel a shivering in this area,
You plant it at this place.
Just take a moment to visualize that.
Your pelvic floor is the earth and you will plant your flower seed in this earth.
And now,
You will give love.
Whatever you think love is,
You will give love to this flower seed that you have planted.
Imagine that this flower seed is the most precious thing that you have right now.
Stay within your breath and if your mind wanders off,
Just smile and think these thoughts to be there.
And then come back with your attention to the love that you are giving to this flower seed.
Imagine now that this love that you are giving takes the form of the light.
This light is coming from the sun and this sun appears in your heart.
You can see this sun in your heart.
You can feel the qualities of the sun.
Warm,
Gentle,
Soft,
Loving and whatever qualities you can feel.
Imagine that your love flows from this sun until the seed that you have planted in your pelvic floor.
The seed starts to grow as you give this love,
Your love,
Your attention.
Slowly,
She is starting to grow from your pelvic floor and it grows slowly.
The flower grows in the direction of your heart,
Following the spine.
And it grows at your own rhythm.
There is no rush to make it grow faster.
You have all time needed.
Your seed is unique and it will grow at its own pace.
You cannot force it to grow.
You just can give your sun,
Your love,
Your attention.
The flower is growing at its own pace.
Just be present to the emotions,
The feelings.
Without thinking,
Without taking control of the process,
It will take the time it will take to grow and blossom.
And if your mind wanders off,
Just put back your attention to your visualization.
The sun,
The flower that you are loving,
That you are learning to love.
And after a given time,
Your flower will start to blossom at the level of your heart.
However,
It will start to blossom always at your own rhythm.
If the flower is still growing,
Everything is fine.
Just stay on your own visualization.
Take your time.
Thank you.
At your own pace,
The flower starts to blossom.
And you will see what kind of flower it is.
The flower that is appropriate to you will appear into your heart.
It will appear and melt with the sun.
As it blossoms,
You can see the petals,
All the colors.
Just stay on this process and admire this beauty.
This beauty that you have just created right now.
With your love and attention.
You see this beauty and you will give this beauty to the world.
This beauty will radiate in all directions,
Without boundaries,
Without limits.
If your flower is blossoming right now,
Visualize that you are giving this beauty to everyone.
And that everyone can take profit of it.
Stay on this feeling and feel the connection between the earth,
Your pelvic floor and your heart.
Give to the world your unique flower,
Your unique beauty.
Take pleasure to this beauty.
Feel this openness in your heart.
Take this flower within you.
Think about sharing it.
Slowly come back to the breath.
Inhale and exhale.
Make 3 deep breaths.
And check right now how are you feeling after this practice.
And when you are ready,
Prepare yourself to come back.
Take your time.
And when you feel it,
You can open your eyes.
And when you feel it,
You can open your eyes.
Remember to take this flower into your heart.
It is always there.
This flower,
Your beauty.
We are self-responsible to take care of this flower,
To nourish it,
To give it love.
But we don't have to rush and we can be tolerant with ourself.
We can accept our own rhythm.
With this in mind,
Just let diving into the flow of life.
