Hello and welcome to today's meditation.

Today's session is a brief one designed to leave you feeling lighter,

Brighter and uplifted.

Begin by finding a comfortable and quiet place to sit or lie down.

Close your eyes gently and let's begin.

Now bring your attention to your breath.

Inhale deeply through your nose,

Feeling the breath fill your lungs and exhale slowly through your mouth,

Releasing any tension.

Take a few more deep inhales through your nose,

Filling your lungs and exhaling slowly through your mouth.

As you continue to breathe,

Repeat silently to yourself,

I am light that was.

I am light that is.

I am light that illuminates.

I am light that will be.

I am light.

I am light that was.

I am light that is.

I am light that illuminates.

I am light that will be.

I am light.

I am light that was.

I am light that is.

I am light that illuminates.

I am light that will be.

I am light.

Now visualize light from within,

Expanding throughout your body,

Illuminating every cell.

Feel its gentle warmth spreading to your fingertips,

To your toes,

Bringing a sense of calm and serenity.

Now imagine this light expanding beyond your physical body,

Surrounding you with a radiant aura of positivity and tranquility,

Feeling warmth and brightness of I am light,

Filling the space within and around you.

Continue to silently repeat to yourself,

I am light.

I am light.

I am light.

As you continue to repeat this mantra,

Allow any worries or tension to dissolve in the soothing embrace of this inner light.

Let it cleanse and rejuvenate your mind and spirit.

In the state of inner radiance,

Take a moment to express gratitude for yourself and the light within.

Embrace your true essence,

Your inner light and recognize the beauty and strength that brings and recognize the beauty and strength that brings to your life.

As we conclude this short meditation,

Remember you can always return to the mantra,

I am light,

Whenever you need to reconnect with your inner radiance and find peace.

Take a big breath in,

Exhale through the mouth,

Releasing the mantra.

Breathing normal,

When you are ready,

Gently open your eyes and return to the present moment,

Carrying the light and positivity with you throughout your day.
