Lighting

Even in times that we may perceive as dark, there is a light that can never fail. It lies within each of us and as we recall it the light we bring will assist others to shine their light as well. In this way, even the darkest of times must become times of illumination.

Lighting. Lighting the darkness is something you have been waiting to do. Now let us do it together. It is so easy. It starts with remembering what it feels like to bring your light to all around you. That's it. Feel it. Feel the knowing beginning to well up inside you. Then decide to journey to where the light lives. To once again open the door and bathe the world in your light. The world will love it. You will love it. Come with me now. As you breathe in the air you can feel it is the star dust that surrounds us. It is always there, Holding the very stuff of ancient stars. There from the beginning and only waiting for you to arrive. As you continue to breathe, To slow, To relax, Feel the universe come to you and feel as you breathe out, Returning to all there is. Feel the energy of the universe flow to your lungs, To your very heart, And from there to every cell that makes you, You. Feel the flow of your blood. Feel the flow of the universe and the flow of time itself. Remember you are all there is and the very essence of who you are is energy, Light. Allow your knowing to flow with me. Leave your body here for now where it will be so warm, Safe, And secure until we return. Join me on a passing comet. Take a seat with me as it glides silently through the universe, Bringing light for all to share and experience. Feel the welcome of the comet as so many have sat here before and so many will come after. Feel the continuity you are such a bright part of. Feel to the very center of the comet, Your center. Feel the light of the comet, Your light. It is an experience you will remember now, Just by allowing yourself to recall. That's it. Settle into it and know it is so. Know that the energy you feel is all yours. It is shared with all there is. Remember it is inexhaustible. It is linked to the comet, To the stars from which all matter springs, And is bound to the fabric of time and space itself. It is the fabric of all there is. Times around you may seem dark. The world may look dark when you are in it. But from here, All you see, All you are, Is light. So it is in your heart. Feeling into your heart, You feel the comet is there too, The light it carries, And the breath of stars themselves from so long ago. This light was there in the beginning, And it will be there until the end. You know it is so. This essence of you is what you bring to the world anytime you wish. Your light will shine as long as there is time to measure it. Just remembering that you hold the power of allowing and do what you came here to do. Open your heart. Shine your brightness onto the world. From here, It is so easy. Your light is brighter than any comet and is limitless as the stars. Relaxing even further now, Allow your heart to open and share who and what you are with all around you. Share your light, Your knowing, Your warmth, Yes, Your love itself with the world. This is what lightens the dark and pushes the dark away for all of us. When you share your light with the world, It can do no less than dispel the darkness. Shrink the darkness, Bathe the world and all around you with your light. Allow it. Be it. Open your heart now and feel your light cover the earth. Allow it to fill all of space and all of time. Be the beacon you have always been, Just waiting to open, To shine, To call others to do the same. When they see your light, They will know they can do the same. Your light sparks others to open their hearts and the light will only grow as you continue to shine. That's it. Be the light that you carry. Allow it to flow to all there is and it will bring you the healing you need in dark times. It will do so for all others. Just by allowing yourself to be who you are, You allow others to shine, Like their own comets, Their own stars. The world becomes its own galaxy of stars, Lighting all there is. How beautiful. And it all starts with you. Just by allowing, You start a chain reaction of lighting to push back the darkness in the darkest of times. It all starts with you and your heart. Feel it. Allow it. Give it. By this giving, We all receive so much. Feel how much more of you you become when you give the gift of yourself. The light you give will warm you too. Feeling this completeness again, You know you can bring light whenever you need it, Whenever those around you need it, Just by allowing. Packing this knowing into your heart, We can leave this comet now and come back to where we began, In you. Keep your light close and always ready. Retain the knowing of your power and that darkness only comes when we forget to shine. Your heart will now remember that it is your light, You, Yourself, That will put an end to darkness. The world is only offering you the opportunity to remember to be all you are and to give yourself to all there is and then the darkness will depart. Coming back to this body, This time, This place, You bring the knowing of your light with you. It will always be there. It will shine whenever you allow. Coming back to this body, This time, This place, You will always walk in light, Always walk in beauty. Just by being you, So much will come to the world. Open your heart, Shine your light, And you will always walk in beauty. Welcome back.
