Using your imagination,

Pretend that you are going for a walk outside.

It's a beautiful day,

The sun shining,

The air is warm and there's a nice cool breeze.

You're walking and you're walking.

It feels good to be outside and it feels good to move your body.

After a while,

You begin to get tired and look for a place to stop and rest.

Up ahead,

You see what looks like a thick fog rolling in,

But as you get closer,

You realize it's a group of fluffy white clouds floating gently along the ground.

Pretty soon,

You're walking among the clouds.

Some are big,

Some are small,

But all are fluffy.

You reach your hand out to touch one and it feels smooth and silky beneath your fingers.

You think one of these clouds might be a nice place to rest.

Here comes a cloud that's as big as a bed.

Perfect,

You think.

As the cloud slowly floats by,

You climb up top.

The cloud is soft,

Yet firm enough to support your weight and you lie down and settle in,

Finding a position that's most comfortable for your body.

You feel very safe and secure floating on your fluffy white cloud and your muscles begin to relax.

Your feet relax,

Your lower legs relax,

And your upper legs relax.

Your legs begin to feel heavy,

Your hips relax,

Your bottom relaxes,

And your back releases.

Your leg relaxes,

Your chest drops,

Your torso feels relaxed and heavy.

Your hands relax,

Your lower arms relax,

Your upper arms relax,

And your shoulders drop and release.

Your arms feel heavy and relaxed,

Your neck and head feel heavy as the muscles of your face relax.

Your jaw releases,

Your cheeks relax,

The muscles around your eyes relax.

Your whole body feels relaxed and heavy,

And as you're floating along on your fluffy white cloud,

Your eyes softly close as you drift into a deep and restful sleep.

Your body feels relaxed and heavy,

Your shoulders drop and release.

Your knees relax,

Your hips relax,

And your back releases.

Your knees relax,

Your hips relax,

And your back releases.

Your knees relax,

Your hips relax,

And your back releases.

Your knees relax,

Your hips relax,

And your back releases.

You can also relax,

Your hips relax,

And your back releases.
