My Chosen Family

Over the last year, I have learned so much about my ‘chosen family’ which is different than my birth family or Spirit family. Some of you may have had an adoptive family. My chosen family is family that I have attracted to me and vice versa. My chosen family is unconditionally supportive and loving and do not carry judgement. It is a refreshing change and has supported my Spiritual growth over this last year. Have you found your chosen family?

I love this! I think "Chosen Family" is a beautiful terminology for what you have and are continually building. Maybe I should say "we are all continually building". You're doing this with great conscientious intention and presence, perhaps more than many people really do. I currently realize a lot of people kind of throw around the word tribe, which does have a specific meaning. And so maybe that is not the most aligned term with respect to the meaning for which they are using it. I'm not sure I can think of a better terminology than Chosen Family. I have always like to say "my peeps", 🤭😏but kind of light-heartedly borrowing the term, and knowing I've basically UP-clycled it. 💁‍♀️And to me, it means just that: "my Chosen Family". 😍💓💞🥰
