Just watch as these thoughts jockey for position and try to vie for your attention.
These thoughts are not you.

And as you step back and observe thoughts happen,
You begin to lessen their control.
Focus your attention back to your breath.

It can be processed.

Now using your mind's eye,
Envision a furnace inside of your body cavity,
The bright orange glow emanating through your solar plexus.
With each breath in that you take,
The embers in that fire glow brighter orange,
And as you exhale,
The orange glow slightly dissipates.
This is the powerhouse of your body.
This is where action is born.
Breathe in deep,
Deep,
And watch it glow.
Each ember within this fire is an old thought,
Is an old feeling,
Is an old fear.
You've already experienced these thoughts,
These feelings,
And these fears,
And now they are here,
Transformed into fuel.
