Hello and welcome,
Dear soul.
I'm so glad you're here.
Find yourself a comfortable seat and connect with your breath.
Close your eyes if you wish or gently lower your gaze.
Feel how each inhalation fills your body and with each exhalation you become completely empty.
Take a few mindful breaths here in your own natural rhythm,
Inhale and exhale.
Feel your belly rising with every inhale and how the belly button pulls towards the spine with every exhale.
Allow your breath to flow naturally,
Coming and going.
Now let your breath recede into the background.
The autonomic nervous system will take over here while you shift your focus to your heart.
Feel into your heart space,
Your heart chakra,
The energy center in your chest,
The anahata chakra.
Notice a green light swirling like a vortex in your chest area.
I invite you to rest in your heart space and simply feel,
Just observe,
No need to judge.
Stay fully attentive and see what may arise.
Do any emotions,
Memories,
Associations,
Thoughts or physical sensations come up?
If yes,
Just feel into them.
Just see what's there,
What wants to be felt.
If it feels okay,
Stay with it.
Simply allow them to be,
They're welcome here.
You are safe in this space and in this moment.
Whatever shows up wants to be seen and felt.
Be gentle with yourself,
Welcome and accept everything what is.
Suppressed emotions can be released by allowing ourselves to feel them in a safe space,
A safe environment.
Emotions are energy in motion,
E-motion.
Let them flow,
Don't hold on to them.
If it becomes too uncomfortable,
Reconnect with your breath or open your eyes.
You are safe and secure here.
Just stay with these sensations for just a little bit longer,
Allowing what is.
The Baha Chakra represents love,
Respect and compassion.
It is the gateway through which you can invite love in.
Place your hands on your heart,
Feel your heartbeat.
Connect with yourself,
Your heart,
Your body and your soul.
Connect with yourself love.
The Heart Chakra also relates to the sense of touch.
How do your hands feel here on your heart?
Maybe you can feel the texture of your top with your fingers or the temperature of your body.
Stay here for a while and just give yourself love.
With your next inhale,
Breathe in warmth and exhale what blocks you.
Breathe in goodwill and breathe out what no longer serves you.
Breathe in loving light and breathe out any darkness.
Breathe in joy and release anything that no longer serves you.
Return to your natural breath.
Just notice,
Let things flow.
Accept whatever arises and give yourself loving care and unconditional love.
