Hello,
Dear one.
I'm so glad that you're here.
I have something very soft and special to share with you.
It's actually a love letter that I wrote to myself last year that was two weeks before my mom passed away.
And at a time where it felt next to impossible to trust any of the unfoldings or happenings that were taking place in my life,
My higher self knew better than I did.
And now I'm in a place where I'm able to share this and extend this salve,
This salvation through soulful words.
And I get to share that with you.
So what a special gift that we get to experience together.
And as I share these words,
Know that I wrote them for you.
If you have hit play and you have found this today,
For some reason you were guided to listen,
To check it out.
What a brave thing to do,
To feel you know,
Maybe as confronted by your life or the circumstances that are currently playing out and it can feel so hard,
So hard to trust anything at all.
And then to know that you are worthy still of nurture,
Of guidance,
Of softness,
When it would be so much easier,
In fact,
To harden,
To turn away,
To hide,
To hide from love and to hide from the rest of the world in fear of something,
You know,
Being kind of irreversible,
Something that you couldn't,
You couldn't dare to face at this time.
So I just want to honor you in this moment and let you know how truly brave that you are and what a gift that you are able to provide yourself.
So without further ado,
Please ensure that you are comfortable and taken care of.
You know,
Take as deep breaths as you can,
As you're able to.
We're not striving for perfection here.
We're not trying to do anything by anyone else's standards.
Being with ourselves is enough.
It's a big enough ask at the moment.
So however you can best support yourself right now in your physical body,
In your physical space,
You know,
Energetic space,
Of course,
As well.
Do tend to those needs.
If there's anything at all,
You think,
Oh,
You know what,
A little extra pillow might be really,
Really nice.
Please press pause and go and do that for yourself.
And I'll be here when you get back.
Okay.
Trust the timing of your life.
Trust this pain,
This discomfort,
This tightness,
And any unease in your body that is surfacing now.
These challenges that you face have already been thoughtfully considered.
And you have been preparing to meet with them for quite some time.
You may feel urged to rush through them,
Lighten them,
Or shift them.
Don't allow yourself to be transformed by them.
Long before you took your first breath,
Your soul demanded for this to be so.
And the reason for that demand was that from this moment on,
And for the rest of your life,
The lives of your children,
And your children's children could have the opportunity to be exactly as they were meant to,
Too.
You are breaking the mold,
Ending a cycle,
Blazing a new trail.
You are being called to choose to be a part of the collective change.
Trust that this isn't a mistake,
A fluke,
Or anything less than divine.
Believe that this is not some small,
Insignificant,
Intolerable inconvenience on some immeasurable scale.
Know that your place in it is not petty.
Now is not the time to question,
Doubt,
Or damn your capacity to get through this.
You were made for this.
Everything that is unfolding now is not some unfortunate detour of your great love story,
But rather a crucial chapter to your great love story.
Do not cut yourself off or out of these times that feel impossible.
Meet them with the sense of methodical urgency that they demand.
Meet them in the way that only you know how.
Play your role well.
Play it with imperfect perfection.
You may never fully understand the experiences of others as your own.
They may never fully understand yours.
Not in this lifetime,
Anyway.
You may never find all of the answers to your life's questions.
Show up anyway.
Take a stand the way only you know how.
Trust that the you who will be emerging from this will carry the medicine that you seek and so many others seek.
Trust that the you who will be rising from these very ashes is the person you've wanted to be loved by and become your whole life.
Trust that your name is purposefully etched in the embers of this fire.
