Golden

"Golden" is a healing song that supports heart opening, deeper feeling and transmuting of sadness, grief and pain, and a return to wholeness and oneness. It can be really scary and difficult to accept, embrace and welcome those aspects of our human experience that are inherently painful. ⁣⁣Whether that’s loss such as losing a loved one, losing some physical capacity that we take for granted, or the loss of the world as we once knew it. ⁣There’s something really potent about meeting that pain with an open heart. Not contracting it and letting those experiences harden us. ⁣ “Golden” represents the outcome of that alchemy, the moment when the sun pokes through the clouds and finds us again, it’s harvesting the gold in the pain, in the challenge, in the suffering and it’s that remembrance that we are ultimately, loved and provided for and blessed. ⁣
