Your Voice As A Healing Instrument
In this lesson, we dive into the healing power of the voice. We begin with an overview of the science behind the benefits of using our voice to activate the vagus nerve and establish a parasympathetic state in the body and nervous system. We explore what it means to use the voice for our own well-being, first and foremost, as a key feature of freeing the voice and nurturing our relationship to it. The session concludes with a gentle, guided humming practice to allow you to experience your voice's healing effects.

Lesson 3
Your Voice As A Tool For Release
In this lesson, we explore the voice as a tool for release, for moving stuck energy, clearing blocks, and giving voice to what we are feeling. Building on the foundation of the previous session, we dive a little deeper into the power of the voice to facilitate emotional release and create more space, flow, and ease within our body, our being, and in our expression. The session includes a guided practice of using non-verbal sound as a way of going beneath the story and into the somatic level where stuckness may live, then takes you through a simple but powerful sounding practice to help transmute density, heaviness, and held emotion into greater freedom.

Your Voice Is The Vibration Of Your Soul
In this lesson, we take the journey one step further and explore the voice as the vibration of the soul. We reflect on the idea that each voice is unique, like a snowflake, a one-of-a-kind sonic fingerprint that carries its own vibrational signal and medicine. Building on the healing and release practices from the previous sessions, this lesson focuses on receiving the vibration of your own voice as a homing frequency, a reminder of wholeness, and a way of bringing more love, peace, and soul essence into your system. The session concludes with a guided practice to help you open to your own medicine and experience the voice as a transmission of wholeness.

Free Your Voice
In this final lesson, we bring the journey home by leaning into freeing the voice and liberating our expression. Building on the foundation of healing, release, and receiving the vibration of the soul, we move into the next step: trusting your voice enough to set it free. We explore what it means to speak your truth, share how you really feel, own your authentic yes and no, and allow your gifts, creativity, and unique essence to shine through more fully. The lesson concludes with a guided practice to help you access your next level of expression. Using the image of the beach ball as a symbol of total freedom, the practice supports you to reclaim your full shape, your bigness, and to give yourself permission to take up space, to be seen and heard more fully.
