Some positive affirmations for raising self-esteem and self-confidence. You can either meditate to these or just listen along in the background of whatever you're doing. These are 'You are' affirmations so in the second person. I recommend repeating them after me for full effect! Hope they help!

So hi there and welcome to the session today.

So today we're just going to be running through some self-esteem positive affirmations together.

Now if you like you can do this as a meditation in which case start sort of settling yourself in now and then eventually come to close your eyes before we start.

Or you can just listen to this track by itself going around the house doing whatever you're doing,

Going on a walk just as a kind of background track to whatever it is you're doing.

And just to say these are you are affirmations so these are in the second person for people who would rather be kind of told the affirmations than have to necessarily repeat them themselves.

So if you're meditating with this then hopefully you're ready by now so let's begin.

You are strong.

You are strong.

You are grateful.

You are blessed.

You are grateful for being blessed.

You are courageous.

Every day you are courageous.

You are wise.

You are wise.

You are amazing.

You are just amazing.

Everybody is amazing and you know that you are also amazing.

You are beautiful.

Whether you see it or not you know you are beautiful.

I know you are beautiful.

You are confident.

You can allow yourself to see the height of your self-worth.

You can allow yourself to see the value and magnitude of your self-worth.

You are valuable.

You are valuable.

You are confident in yourself.

You know your own value and it is great.

You know your self-worth and it is great.

You can be confident because you know your self-worth.

You can be confident because you know your value.

You know and you can see every day the value you bring to the world.

You know and you can see every day the value of the things you bring to the world.

You know you are strong.

You know you are powerful.

You know you have every reason to be confident in yourself whether you see it or not.

You know that people look up to you whether they say it or not.

You know that people have looked up to you whether they say it or not.

You know that people always will look up to you whether they say it or not.

And you know that people look up to you whether you realise it or not.

But you know you are strong and you know your value.

You know your self-worth and you draw on your self-worth to find confidence.

You are confident.

You are invaluable.

You are courageous.

And you are always persistent.

You are great.

You are just great.

But you are also humble.

You realise when you make mistakes.

You realise when you have failed.

You realise when things don't turn out the way you had been hoping.

But you know what?

None of that fazes you.

You learn from mistakes.

You learn from failure.

And you learn from the times when things don't turn out the way you'd hoped.

And through this you see the value in these things.

Through this you see the value in yourself.

You are valuable.

The things you bring to the world are valuable.

And you know that you are strong.

Because you are you.

And for that you are blessed.

For that you can be grateful and you are blessed.

You are grateful and blessed to be who you are.

You are grateful and blessed to be you.

So I hope that that's given you a little boost.

Reminded you of all the good things about yourself.

Which I assure you by the way are there.

Whether you can see them or not.
