I invite you to close your eyes,

Take a deep inhale and exhale.

Allow your shoulders to drop,

For the root of your tongue to soften,

For the eye sockets to soften as well.

And I invite you to imagine a place,

A quiet place,

Somewhere open,

Somewhere calm,

Somewhere you can show up just as you are,

And see a calmer version of yourself there,

Rested,

Joyful.

Take a breath with them.

Wiggle the toes and the fingers,

And return to the present moment.
