You are inspiring, but you often forget, so please take a few minutes and listen to this important message. My name is Shanae and I am an intuitive business mentor.

In my work I specialise in working with women and I've got something that I want to say to those of you who are in leadership.

So if that's you,

Listen up.

You are inspiring.

The work you do matters.

The example you are setting is important.

There are so many who look up to you,

You might not even realise it.

You deserve to be respected.

Your boundaries are important.

The way you take care of yourself is critical to your continued success.

With women like you in the world,

The future is brighter.

You are great.

You deserve all the accolades in the world.

Your accomplishments are meaningful.

What you have achieved so far is phenomenal.

When you claim your power,

You give unspoken permission to those who are scared,

Nervous or uncomfortable to do the same.

You have a right to be here.

You are worthy.

Your voice matters.

Your opinion is valid.

You deserve to accumulate wealth and financial abundance.

Your downtime is important.

What you choose to do with your life is nobody else's business.

Women need more heroines like you.

If you are a working mum,

The balancing act that you navigate is humbling.

You are graceful and elegant.

Your knowledge and wisdom is deep and rich.

You know how to connect with the earth,

It is innate within you.

You deserve your success.

The world is blessed by your presence.

You know exactly how to take good care of your body.

You are a role model of the best kind.

Your kind,

Warm nature makes you approachable.

You can easily see what is needed and execute it with ease.

When you trust yourself,

You are unstoppable.

You are more in tune with others than you give yourself credit for.
