Check-In Sounds - Box Breathing For Morning Motivation
Welcome to Check-In Sounds. This is a guided box-breathing exercise with music for some morning motivation. All we do in this exercise is to bring awareness and control to our breathing by counting as we breathe; We will breathe in for the count of 4, hold at the top of the inhale for the count of 4, breathe out for the count of 4, and hold at the bottom of the exhale for the count of 4.
