Mistakes are hard to avoid.

But many of us take mistakes personally.
Sometimes we might be mad at someone on our sports team or group project for doing things wrong.
But it's important to not get upset when someone does something the wrong way,
Because showing them forgiveness and understanding will help to guide them on the right path.
That's why today's Charm Words are all about forgiveness.
Let's do some belly breathing,
Then we'll do our affirmations.
When you breathe in,
Use your nose and keep your shoulders still.
Once your belly fills up like a balloon,
Breathe out through your mouth by just letting go.
