We mess up.
If we feel like we're being punished for a mistake,
It can make us defensive,
Scared,
Or angry.

At the end of the day,
These lessons help us become better versions of ourselves.
Isn't it so much easier to learn from our mistakes when we're given the space to make a few?
We have the ability to create that space for others.
And whenever we do,
We learn from it,
Too.
Let's do some belly breathing.

When you breathe in,
Use your nose and keep your shoulders still.
Once your belly fills up like a balloon,
Breathe out through your mouth by just letting go.
