Welcome to your under the sea sleepy time story.

I am so happy that you're here with me tonight.

My name is Charity and I'm your magic storyteller and this is a story you can listen to.

As your eyes get sleepy and your bed gets cozy and all your dreams begin to gently begin.

You don't have to do anything at all.

You can just listen and let the story carry you like a gentle wave.

Now I want you to imagine that you're standing near a warm big beautiful sparkly ocean.

Not a loud ocean and not a splashy ocean.

Just a nice calm beautiful ocean.

The kind that whispers stories.

The moonlight is touching the water and the water is glowing back.

And as you look out at the ocean you notice something very special.

Floating right there on the top of the sea is a big magic bubble.

But this isn't just any bubble.

This bubble is just for you.

It shimmers with lots of soft colors like moonlight and starlight all mixed together.

And as the bubble floats closer you get this feeling like it's saying to you hello I've been waiting for you.

And then the bubble opens gently and a little door made of light and when you step inside this door it feels warm and safe and cozy like being wrapped up underneath a soft underwater blanket.

The bubble knows how to keep you safe and carry you gently all the way into dreamland.

And slowly very slowly the bubble begins to drift closer to the warm sparkly ocean and then with the softest little splash you and your bubble float beneath the water.

And everything becomes quiet.

Quiet and peaceful and fun.

The kind of quiet that feels like bedtime.

And your bubble drifts down and down.

The deeper you go the softer you feel.

Your eyes feel sleepy.

Your shoulders feel heavy.

And your whole body feels cozy like it's being tucked in by the sea.

Tuck,

Tuck,

Tuck.

Tiny glowing lights appear around you like beautiful underwater stars.

Soft bubbles a floating path carrying sleepy thoughts.

Any busy thoughts left over from your day they can now just float up and float away.

You don't need them.

This is bedtime.

This is dreamtime.

Your bubble glides past soft waving seagrass moving like slow dancing ribbons.

And nearby you see coral shaped like little castles and coral shaped like fluffy clouds.

Everything here is made to feel safe.

Everything here is made to feel calm.

And your bubble drifts towards a glowing path.

A path that looks like moonlight but under the sea.

And as you follow that gentle path you begin to sense that you're not alone in the ocean.

That there are friends here.

Kind friends.

Gentle friends.

Friends who move slowly and speak softly.

And these friends love bedtime.

And as you drift a little closer the path begins to brighten.

Just enough to show you where you're going next.

Because at the end of this glowing path is where the underwater friends meet.

Like a little gathering space.

Made of warm coral and soft sleepy sand.

And they've been waiting to say hello.

So you drift down and down.

Softer and softer.

And just before you arrive your bubble slows.

Almost like it's whispering to you.

We're here.

We're here.

We're here.

And now you begin to meet your first friend.

The biggest and gentlest friend in the whole sea.

The one who sings soft songs to the ocean.

The one who we call Lennon the fun blue whale.

And as Lennon moves slowly through the water.

Not because they're tired but because they love to move gently.

Their big tails sway side to side like a slow underwater lullaby.

When Lennon swims the water feels calmer.

The bubbles rise more softly.

The glowing lights shimmer more slowly.

Even the ocean seems to breathe in and out.

Lennon's eyes are kind and warm and sleepy.

And they swim close to your bubble.

Not too close.

Just close enough to make you feel safe.

And when Lennon sings it's not a loud song.

It's a beautiful bedtime song.

A song the ocean has known for a very long time.

The song moves through the water like a gentle hug.

And you listen.

Your body feels heavy and soft.

And ready for more sleep.

Lennon swims beside you keeping you company.

Lennon is such a good friend.

And when you are ready this loving special whale gently turns its big beautiful glowing body.

And shows you the path ahead.

There are more friends waiting to meet you.

Ones who love to float and smile and glow pink in the water.

And this one is named Aurora the Axolotl.

Aurora floats in the water like a little pink cloud.

Her feathery gills wave softly like tiny underwater flowers.

She moves in slow gentle loops never in a hurry.

When Aurora swims the water around her glows softly as if it's smiling back at her.

Aurora loves to float and drift and take her time.

She floats closer and closer to your bubble.

And when she does you feel your own body begin to float too.

Like your worries are getting lighter and your dreams are getting closer.

Aurora gives you a tiny sleepy nod as if to say it's okay to go slowly.

It's okay to rest.

And as Aurora drifts beside you a glowing path beneath you shimmers again.

Because you have another friend waiting to say hello.

The one who carries the calm of the ocean with him wherever he goes.

The one named Tomás the Sea Turtle.

Tomás swims gently through the water.

His big smooth shell glowing softly like it's being kissed by moonlight.

Tomás moves slowly not because he's tired but because he knows slow is peaceful,

Slow is safe.

When Tomás swims past the water becomes still.

The bubbles rise quietly the seagrass sways more gently.

Tomás has been swimming through the ocean for a very long time and he knows all the quiet places,

All the sleepy places and all the best places that the sea likes to rest.

Tomás swims beside your bubble just for a little while and as he swims you begin to feel something special.

A deep cozy calm like the ocean itself is giving you a big gentle good night hug.

Tomás turns his head slowly and gives you a soft kind smile and then he points with one gentle fin towards the glowing path ahead.

Because there are still more friends waiting to meet you.

Friends who shine and glide and move under the water like stars.

The one named Leo the Lion Fish.

Leo glows like a little lantern in the water.

His fins shimmer gently like glowing ribbons.

Leo is a lion fish but not a scary lion fish.

He is a bedtime lion fish.

When Leo swims the water sparkles softly like tiny stars waking up.

Leo circles your bubble slowly not too close and not too far.

Just close enough to say welcome friend.

Leo doesn't use loud words.

Leo speaks with calm feelings.

When Leo is nearby everything slows down.

The bubbles rise more gently.

The glowing lights soften.

The ocean feels sleepy.

Leo floats beside you lighting the path and then he points his glowing fin ahead.

Because the next friend moves very slowly.

The one named Mateo the Seahorse.

Mateo floats upright like a tiny underwater dancer.

He moves slowly because he likes to notice everything.

The way the water glows.

The way the bubbles float.

The way the seagrass sways.

Mateo loves to take his time.

When Mateo swims beside you the world feels unhurried.

There is no rush here.

There is no hurry.

Mateo smiles and drifts with you and as he drifts the path glows again.

Because the next friend loves to play gently.

And this friend is named Minka.

Minka swims in soft playful loops.

Not fast loops.

Sleepy loops.

She makes tiny circles in the water like she's drawing gentle shapes for dreams.

Minka is a dolphin and when Minka swims near you feel lighter as if your dreams are beginning to float closer.

Minka smiles and drifts beside you and points one fin ahead.

Because the next friend loves to explore.

And this friend is named Lively.

Lively is a small curious fish.

She loves to peek behind coral and look at glowing shells.

But even when Lively explores she moves slowly at bedtime.

Lively swims close and gives your bubble a gentle tap.

Like a tiny little hello.

And then she swims beside you.

Because the next friend glows like starlight.

And this one is named Aurelia.

Aurelia glows softly like a sea star made of moonlight.

When Aurelia moves the water lights up around her.

Aurelia doesn't rush.

She drifts and shines.

She floats near your bubble.

And the glow around her feels warm like a gentle nightlight.

Aurelia smiles and lights the way.

And then the water shimmers again.

Because one more friend is waiting.

The striped friend who loves rainbow light.

The one named Zeke the zebra fish.

Zeke swims in slow happy zigzags.

His stripes shimmer with gentle colors like a piece of rainbow light.

Zeke loves to explore the glowing path.

But he always comes back to his friends.

When Zeke swims near you can feel a tiny spark of happy calm.

Just warm sleepy joy.

And Zeke gives a wave of his fin.

And now all your friends are here.

There's Lennon,

And Aurora,

And Tomas,

And Leo,

And Mateo,

And Minka,

And Lively,

And Aurelia,

And Zeke.

All gathered in the warm coral garden.

The coral garden glows softly.

The seagrass makes little beds.

Just the right size for dreaming.

The light here is gentle.

The moonlight that never hurts your eyes.

Your bubble drifts into the center of the garden.

And the friends float around you.

Close enough to keep you company.

You feel safe and warm and very sleepy.

The ocean hums a quiet bedtime song.

The lights glow softer and softer and softer.

And your bubble becomes lighter and lighter.

Until it feels like you're floating inside a dream.

And now you don't need to listen to my voice anymore.

You can let the music carry you softly and gently into your dreams.

Good night,

Little dreamer.
