Today we are going to unlock the magic and the wisdom of the Cancerian full moon.
I invite you to sit back or lay,
Allowing your body to become comfortable,
Allowing yourself to disconnect to all the noise in your surroundings and sink deeply back into the connection to yourself.
This journey of coming back to centre can almost feel like a homecoming,
A walk back to a familiar feeling of peace and calm.
If you haven't already,
I invite you to close down your eyes and start to connect in,
Into your breath,
Feeling the rising and falling of your chest.
As you softly begin to become aware of your breath,
Breathing in through and out through your mouth and one more time in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Just here like in through your nose and out through your mouth.
You are doing so so well.
The crab can teach us so much.
The crab has so much wisdom to share.
The way it protects itself from danger by the hardening of its shell,
Allowing itself to be soft and protected inside,
Arising from its home at just the perfect time,
Allowing its pattern of re-emerging to become synced with the flowing of the tides,
Its hands stretched out in front,
Clearing danger as it goes,
Its hands open to receiving,
Cutting the cords that are keeping it weighed down,
Allowing itself to be free.
We are much like this crab,
Protective of our hearts and the ones we love,
Unafraid to act and move forward when we need to,
Displaying strength.
We have the ability to read the energy of the room,
Yet still we cling to the moments of the past,
Unable to let them go,
Somehow worried that this will mean we will once again end up in the same situation and we will absorb this pain as a sponge,
So we scurry away,
Away from things that challenge us,
Balling our memories around us and using them as a shield,
Never wanting anyone to pierce the protection of our armour.
Yet without this connection,
Without this vulnerability,
We are only living half a life,
Half our magic hidden in the shadows.
It's time to crack yourself open,
It's time to pierce the armour,
To feel the first cool breeze of connection streaming into your heart space,
Calling you back from your darkness,
From the loneliness of your shell.
It's time to pour the wisdom we hold for the flow of others and bring this back to ourselves.
We hold so much love within ourselves,
It is time to give this love back to us.
We are so deserving of receiving all this love,
Receiving the love and wisdom of the universe,
Allowing ourselves to crawl out of the darkness and into the light,
Cutting the cords that are holding us back,
Standing tall with our hands reached out in front of us,
Chanting as we move forward,
