Wind down and calm your nervous system with this 12-minute pranayama practice, perfect for the evening or any time you need to settle. We will move through three breathing techniques. First, we use the Yogic (Three-Part) Breath to slow down and deepen your breathing. Next, we practice Anuloma Viloma (Alternate Nostril Breathing) to balance the nervous system and quiet the mind. Finally, we incorporate Brahmari (Bee Breath) to release tension and ease into deep relaxation. Find a comfortable seat, soften your shoulders, and let your breath guide you toward rest. Please note: as this practice induces deep relaxation, please do not listen while driving or operating machinery.
