Meditation Timer OnlineHannah is a yoga teacher and holistic health coach specializing in Yin Yoga, MyoYin, and stress management. She supports women who feel overwhelmed, out of balance, or disconnected from themselves. Through a combination of slow, mindful movement and holistic coaching, she gently guides her students back into their bodies—where true awareness, healing, and transformation begin. Her work explores not only the physical body, but also the patterns, beliefs, and habits that shape one’s inner and outer life. She creates a supportive space to shift perception, release tension, and cultivate a deeper sense of self-efficacy, resilience, and inner balance. Hannah’s path into this work is deeply personal. She began her career as an engineer, but despite external success, she felt unfulfilled and disconnected from her true self. Through yoga, meditation, and dedicated inner work, she transformed her life and reconnected with what truly matters to her. Today, she is passionate about supporting others on their own journey—helping them create a life that feels aligned, meaningful, and truly their own. Her work is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and come home to yourself.
