I invite you to find a comfortable position.
You may choose to lie down and get comfortable with a pillow or a blanket,
Or you may choose to find a comfortable seat.
Whatever position you choose,
Once you arrive there,
I invite you to softly close your eyes and just begin to notice how you are feeling in this present moment.
Any sensations or emotions that you might be feeling.
And see if you can begin to let all of that go.
Giving yourself permission to be fully present to the here and now.
We will take three cleansing breaths together.
I invite you to breathe in through your nose,
Filling up your entire body with air,
And then open your mouth,
Exhale,
Sigh it out.
Again,
Breathing in through your nose,
Filling up your entire body with your breath.
Open your mouth,
Exhale,
Let everything go.
Again,
Your biggest and deepest breath yet today.
In this practice,
I invite you to set a personal intention.
An intention is very specific,
So it's not always self)'mediation' because it's An intention is like the compass for where we are going in our lives.
And without an intention,
It is like driving with no direction of where we are going.
So this personal intention can be a goal or a vision for yourself.
Something that you want to experience more of in your life.
I invite you to choose something that is positive and uplifting.
Something that will support you as challenges arise in your life.
This intention can support you in those moments.
It will support you in your choices,
In the way that you respond to circumstances or maybe challenges.
And create supportive opportunities for you and your life.
Begin to bring to your mind's eye this personal intention for yourself.
It could be something like,
My intention is to see the goodness around me.
Or my intention is to love unconditionally.
I invite you to speak your intention aloud.
And as you speak your intention,
It enhances the vibration of your personal intention.
And now I invite you to feel this intention within your body.
See if you can fill every cell in your body with this intention.
Or rather it be more love or more trust.
Feel it vibrate throughout your entire body.
And as you fill your body with this intention,
You begin to release anything that is not in alignment with this intention.
Begin to deepen your breath again.
And with each breath that you take in,
Invite more of this intention into your body.
And as you exhale,
Release anything that is in the way of this intention.
Letting go of fear or mistrust.
And breathing in more love.
Filling yourself up with this intention.
And exhaling,
Clearing and cleansing anything that is no longer serving this personal intention.
And now I invite you to feel this intention within your body.
And remember that this intention is always available for you to come back to.
As you begin to move through the rest of your day,
You will take one clearing and cleansing breath in together.
Breathe in through your nose.
Fill up your entire body once again with your intention.
And open your mouth.
Exhale.
Let everything else go.
And just begin to notice how you feel.
Bring your awareness back into your body by wiggling your toes and your fingers.
And then once you are ready,
Softly open your eyes and begin to carry on with the rest of your day.
