Hi,

My name is Chandrapain and I appreciate you being here in these challenging times.

You are creating peace within and your well-being means a kinder world for those you interact with and for all of us.

You are a peacemaker and that is amazing.

Thank you.

I hope you enjoy this story.

Begin by connecting with your breath,

Whether that be in the nostrils,

The chest,

Or wherever you feel your breath most strongly.

Arrive in your body,

Fully at home,

Grounded from the top of your head to the bottoms of your feet.

Imagine a mango tree,

Tall and strong with fruits sweet as a gentle breeze on a warm spring day.

This tree is nestled in an inviting patch of grass and you go to sit beneath it,

Feeling loved and safe under this mighty tree's shade.

As you sit and admire the vast blue sky above you,

Comforted by the soothing aroma of this mango tree,

You begin to surrender,

Dropping your worries and various identities and becoming one with the vibrant soil beneath you,

The great sapphire sky,

And the marvelous,

Marvelous mango tree.

You start to soak in this moment and feel a deep sense of gratitude.

Thank you for the blue sky above.

Thank you for the sacred earth beneath my feet.

Thank you for the oxygen that allows me to be alive.

Thank you for the birds that chip above.

Thank you for this mango tree.

Above you,

The tree seems to hear your grateful prayer and a delicious fruit falls into your lap.

Slowly and gently bring your awareness back to here and now.

Notice how even before you open your eyes,

You know where you are.

You are home.

Then whenever you're ready,

Open up your eyes.

May you come home to the beauty of this moment and enjoy all of life's mango trees.
