Ceri Lan

Psychotherapist, MSc

She is a Conscious Relationship Psychotherapist, fluent in both English and Vietnamese. Having lived abroad since the age of nine, she received an international education and moved across many cultures. While these experiences broadened her worldview, they also brought deep questions around identity, safety, and belonging. For many years, she searched for a sense of “home” through romantic relationships. Repeated heartbreak eventually led her into depression, becoming a profound turning point in her life. Therapy became the space where healing began. Through her own therapeutic journey, she came to understand her wounded relationship patterns, reconnect with unmet emotional needs, and cultivate compassion for all parts of herself—and eventually, for her partner. This personal healing journey deeply shaped her calling as a therapist. She holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology (Distinction) from HELP University and has worked across diverse settings, including psychiatric wards, corporate environments, universities, and private practice. Her work supports individuals and couples who are longing to return to a deep inner peace, live in alignment with their authentic selves, and build secure, nourishing relationships.
