Allow yourself to come into a comfortable and easeful position.
You may choose to sit or lay down for this session.
Begin to feel into the rise and fall of the breath.
Just noticing the movement of the breath in the body.
Allow awareness of the part of you that just notices to rest at the heart space.
You may even choose to place a hand at the heart space,
Noticing the feel of the hand and maybe the warmth against the chest.
Allow your shoulders to soften as if you've just put down some heavy bags and just see if you can soften them again.
Invite the chest to soften,
The heart to soften.
Let the belly begin to relax,
Feeling deep inside,
A sense of uncurling.
Imagine that you could gently whisper into the belly,
It's okay,
It's safe for me to let go and just be.
Notice the whole length of the back and sense or imagine the breath rising and falling the whole of the back,
Each breath an invitation to let down and be.
Notice the feeling of the legs and the feet and have a sense of them being fully supported by the space beneath you.
Notice the arms and the hands as though you're feeling into the bones and flesh and just give them permission to let go,
To soften.
Notice the jaw and explore if you can make it feel softer,
A little looser.
Notice the mouth,
Sense the teeth,
The gums,
The insides of the cheeks and the tongue.
Just let the whole of the mouth rest.
Notice into the outsides of the cheeks,
The space above the upper lip,
The nostrils and the full length of the nose as though you're tracing up the nose to the forehead.
Allow awareness to rest at the head,
Invite a sense of softness in that place.
Notice the eyebrows and the eyelids,
You may choose to close the eyes if you haven't done so already.
Feel into the eyes and invite them to soften.
Take your awareness to the space behind the eyes,
The eye sockets and take a full deep breath and a big sigh out.
Feel into the back of the head,
The sides of the head and finally the top of the head.
As you breathe,
Allow your awareness to move to the chest,
The heart space.
Just allow all the listening of the sound to rest in this space for your session.
This session will end with three soft strikes of the crystal balls.
