SETH in the book The Way Towards Health recommends this mind exercise to lead your body to its own natural state of health... clearing out dis-ease from the body using 'tools' that you create in your mind. After cleaning there is a process of getting rid of the debris. Within this meditation, there are two 3-minute periods of gentle music, leaving space for your mind to continue the cleaning process and for your mind to work at its best.

My name is Kathy Weber Zunker and it is my pleasure and with deep respect that I create a meditation from the way toward health written by Seth and channeled by Jane Roberts.

This exercise is called mentally cleaning out your body.

Begin with a long slow breath in,

Breathing out and allow your eyes to gently close and noticing a feeling of relaxation in the little toe on your left foot and simply relish in the comfort that is there right now as if that comfort were spreading like a soft and gentle mist within you.

You notice that all of the toes on your left foot are filled with that coziness and as it floats up into your foot and under the arch of your foot you feel an even deeper easing that is now gently spreading up into that left leg and into your knee flowing easily and gently up into the thigh and from the thigh you notice that your hips are relaxing now as if that mist of comfort were simply flowing into your hips and cascading down the right leg now down into that leg gently relaxing the knee and the shin and the calf all the way down down to the ankle and into the arch of that foot and all the way into the toes now and you notice a peacefulness a calmness a centeredness settling in your body as that calmness moves up into your chest and your chest feels peaceful and easy inside even the organs within you feel that comfort as all the muscles relax into your back now as if that mist were following your spine from the bottom of your spine all the way up to the top and that comfort flows into your ears so that as you hear these words your ears are focused only on the sound of my voice your face becomes calm and relaxed as if that mist were flowing into your mouth now and perhaps your jaw even feels unhinged as it simply rests and relaxes there and noticing that comfort around your nose and your eyes into your temples and all through around and within the top of your head and even into your hair and now that comfort moves into your mind as your thoughts become further and further apart and it's almost as if you could see inside your body now as if you can look to that place and that space that might have a feeling of dis-ease somehow and perhaps since you're aware of that dis-ease you also might notice the muscles and the bones inside your body perhaps picturing them as streets and boulevards and that dis-ease might look like particles of dirt scattered along those streets and boulevards or that dirt might be scattered along freeways and highways and you let your mind create the images that work for you and that dirt along those highways and boulevards that dirt might be in one particular area inside your body or maybe it's scattered throughout or maybe you are imagining something completely different maybe you are imagining armies that are attacking your home troops within your body whatever you see sense or picture now allow yourself to choose the tools the tools you need to clean up that dirt or debris there inside your body that might be a vacuum cleaner or it might be a leaf blower or maybe it's a bucket of soap and water and a scrub brush or it might be weapons to drive off invading armies allow the images to come into your mind that work best for you and you begin to clean up now perhaps starting where the debris is the lightest or perhaps you begin in the dirtiest part using the tools you have chosen and as you work add any tools or cleaners or more weapons as you work diligently as i sit quietly for several minutes allowing time for you to do your work now so you you you you you you you you you and no matter what tools you chose,

You will notice that there is debris to sweep away,

To haul away out of your body.

You may hear the rumble of a garbage truck arriving to carry away debris.

You might choose to create a bonfire,

Creating it there in your mind,

And watch the debris go up in smoke.

Or you might choose the legion of home troops to carry away the invading armies to completely dispose of them.

Let your mind work in its own way,

As I sit quietly for you to dispose of the debris.

You may hear the rumble of a garbage truck arriving in its own way,

As I sit quietly for you to dispose of the debris.

You may hear the rumble of a garbage truck arriving in its own way,

As I sit quietly for you to dispose of the debris.

And as you work diligently,

You begin to notice a hint of openness within you.

Perhaps a feeling of lightness,

Or a sense of refreshment,

Knowing that you are making progress.

And as you use this seth process day after day,

Each day cleaning out and clearing out,

More and more you notice that openness filling the inside of your body with health and inner strength.

You notice that feeling of lightness,

That feeling of being filled with energy,

And you notice that sense of refreshment that is giving you stamina and strength within.

Feeling better and better,

Feeling much more your true authentic self.

Gently and easily now,

Coming back to full awareness of the room around you.
