Cathy Shaw is a Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation Instructor who has spent the last 20 years supporting people's physical and mental health and wellbeing. Her inclusive offerings are designed to accommodate people of all ages who are seeking to experience the unique sense of aliveness, freedom and peace that yoga, mindfulness meditation, sound healing and good health brings. She has a B.S. in Communications and is a Graduate of Tara Brach, Jack Kornfield and the Greater Good Science Center at U.C. Berkeley's MMTCP Program. She is passionate about reducing the suffering in the world and is advocate for plant-based vegan living.
