In this meditation, you meet and connect with your higher self. We start by anchoring into the breath, and use our focused awareness to travel into the higher realms. There, we meet our higher self and receive their presence and support. Enjoy this combination of guided track and light use of sound bowls to support you on your journey.

Welcome to this meditation to connect with your higher self.

I invite you to find a comfortable position either sitting or lying down.

And focus on your breath.

There's no need to change how you are breathing.

Feel the air going into your nose as you exhale.

Notice where your breath goes in your body,

You might feel it filling your chest or your belly.

And on your exhale,

See how your exhale feels.

Feel that air as it rushes out of your nose or your mouth.

Take a few more breaths,

Just observing the movement of breath through your body.

If you feel your mind start to wander,

That's okay.

That's what our mind does.

Continue to come back to your breath as an anchor in your body.

Now I'll invite you to drop even deeper into your body.

Locate any areas of tension.

You might want to soften your eyes and their sockets.

Relax your jaw.

Drop your shoulders,

Maybe roll them if you feel some tension there.

Release any tightness in your back.

You can flex your feet,

Stretch out your toes.

And if there's anywhere that still feels tense,

Take your breath to that area of your body.

And with each exhale,

Let go of just a little bit of that tension.

I invite you to close your eyes if you haven't already.

And I want you to imagine your breath as a ball of light moving through you.

On your inhale,

This ball of light,

Your awareness moves from your root up and out through the top of your head up to source.

And on your exhale,

This light moves in through your crown down your spine through your body,

Down and out through your root back into the earth.

Take a couple more breaths here.

Feeling this movement in your body visualizing your awareness,

Moving as well.

And on your next inhale,

Feel that awareness move up and out of yourself and continue to move upwards out of your body up through the ceiling into the sky,

Through Earth's atmosphere and out into space.

Out here,

It's quiet and peaceful.

You are held here you are safe.

As you rest as you adjust to these surroundings,

You see a bright light starting to move towards you.

As it comes closer,

You see the outline of a figure bathed in light.

They are radiating beauty,

Peace,

Ease.

Whether or not you've met them before they might feel familiar.

They might feel ancient maybe even eternal.

Your higher self stops a few feet from you and you start to really feel their presence.

What does it feel like to be around them?

Give yourself a minute to simply be with them.

They ask you for permission to come closer.

Do you feel ready to interact with them more deeply?

If you don't feel ready today,

That is okay.

You can continue to simply be in their presence.

If you gave permission,

Your higher self starts to walk towards you.

As they approach you,

They gently place their hands on your shoulders.

And through this touch,

They send something to you.

They send you a gift,

Could be a message,

A feeling,

A sense of relief from something that is troubling you.

I'll invite you to allow whatever is happening to unfold,

Just as it was meant to unfold for you today.

Your higher self takes their hands off your shoulders and they start to step back.

And as they step away,

They pause briefly.

They reach out their arms in front of them.

And they show you the palms of their hands.

In each of their palms is a symbol of significance for you.

It might be something you recognize,

Or you might just know you might just feel what that symbol what those symbols mean for you in this moment.

Your higher self invites you to reflect on these symbols over the next few days and weeks.

Before they leave,

I'll invite you to send some gratitude to this beautiful being.

You can place a hand over your heart and thank them for spending time with you today.

They start to walk away and their light begins to fade.

But remember that you can communicate with them in the future whenever you want.

This isn't a goodbye forever.

And in a way they're always with you.

And now we'll start to return to our bodies and the physical space around us.

Use your breath to anchor back into your body.

Feel that awareness return to your body through that cycle of breath.

Feel the air as it moves in and out of your lungs.

You can slowly invite some movement into your fingers and your toes.

Can roll your shoulders maybe move your hips back and forth from side to side.

Feel the surface beneath you supporting your body.

You can slowly start to open up your eyes if they're still closed.

And give a big long exhale with some sound.
